Sukhe Matar Ki Sabzi, Kulche wale chole,matra recipe, Matar ke Chatpate Chole, Peas Curry, Bengali Ghugni Chaat
Ingredients
Soaked dried peas (भीगी हुई मटर) - 1 cup ( 200 grams)
tomatoes (टमाटर) - 2 (200 grams)
Green Chillies (हरी मटर) - 2
Oil - 2 tbsp
Green Coriander - 2 or 3 tbsp
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asfoetida (हींग) - 1/2 pinch
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1.5 tsp
Red Chilli - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp (paste)
Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste

Nisha, when I have soaked the VATAANA overnight. Then after draining excess water, I take half qty. & COARSELY Grind in mixie. Then, I pressure cook the same along with akka remaining Vataana with minimum water salt and turmeric. It comes out cooked half smooth half akka/sabut. Delicious.
