BH is the nicest part of the LA area, hands down. It’s clean, immaculately landscaped, and I don’t feel unsafe when I’m out and about. People feel a need to compete and the “keeping up with the Joneses” mentality is REAL, but that’s how it is in LA period.
Well, if I was a crook, I’d target people who I knew had money. It’s a risk to flash your wealth publicly.

We used Bedford drive as a thru run between sunset and Santa Monica Blvd on a regular basis some years ago and it would be a nice place to have a property. Some famous names have lived there including Steve Martin and I believe bob dylan....

Enjoy, these tours & have been a sub for a while. Miss these driving tours. Was told there's hardly any nasty bugs & that's why many homes have those massive open concept doors? Was hesitant to make the next comment BUT isn't it everyone's fate we get a 6' x 8'? How much would that be per square foot? It really is what we do with our lives that's important.
