@@wanderer6329 yes i have, i also tried persian rice etc. as well as pilav, for sure there are many ways to prepare rice but i must agree the east asian ones are massively overepresented on cooking shows. mostly because it always boils down to 2-3 simple recipes with a couple of variations, in my experience middle eastern and middle asian stuff has more finese to it.

I have made barbecue over 50 times and I mixed chicken and pork meat every time and grilled together and never had a single issue EVER. Not me or anyone around who ate with us. People talking about Salmonella are laughable to me here. Crazy

Depends to what temp it's being cooked. If it's BBQ then temps are usually 200 so it's fine. If it's cooked med rare that's risky. Chicken needs to be cooked to 165 and beef 125.
Not necessarily. That is a disease that came from large factory farming. If you are not near one, and you have been raising your own chickens for a while, you wont get sick
