I suffer from severe anxiety disorder and health anxiety and have panic attacks often your meditations are the only 1s to help me through an anxiety attack, help me to sleep of night and just feel safe at night when my mind is in over drive worrying about my mum who has cancer and just about every thing possible lol your meditations help me to clear my mind and just sleep! Also my 10 year old daughter and my nieces listen to them at night aswel I recommend you to every 1 lol just wanted you know to how much your meditations help me thank you ❤🤗

Omg Sarah! I listened and it got me straight back to sleep! The volume of the continued music & ambience was so perfect after your voice faded, I didn't wake again. I had it on autoplay and the next thing I knew I woke up 50 mins into another long video of yours! This is so rare for me. I'm over the moon and very grateful! (I was listening to get me back to sleep after waking for loo.) Thank you thank you for slightly increasing the volume of the music! 😍💙🙏
I love your videos but almost jumped out of my skin when about 12 minutes into your meditation a commercial broke through😮. Do all of your longer meditations do that? First time it has happened while listening to one of your longer meditations. I'll find another of yours and try again😳
I like the words and voice. Only thing is that the high pitch chimes or bell sounds in the background are too stimulating for me and I had to turn it off.
I had the same issue with the music in this one. Normally I prefer having music in the background during the guided meditations, but the high notes in this one were like anticipating fingers on a blackboard for me. I think there are a few other recent ones using this same music so I can't use them. But your other ones all are great Sarah! Thank you so much for all you do! You have definitely helped me with my morning anxiety.
