At night I fall asleep before the affirmations and its happened several times that I hear you clearly say:"I know everything will be ok", even though I am asleep. A very deep thank you for your love and caring it amazed me...💚
I went 21 months without work. I completely understand what it can do to the mind. I never knew the mind could become the way mine did in those months, especially towards the end. It can feel out of control at times. I hope you are ok, and just know things always improve.

I did this meditation last night, because of a certain unpleasant thought that was keeping me awake at night [Rumination]. Sara's voice, as always, is simply perfection for mindfulness meditation. I just wanted to tell people about Therapy in a Nutshell on RUclips. I found out I have cancer and am pretty much coping through listening to those videos. I think anyone just wanting coping skills for life to those with anxiety and depression issues will find something there.

Try doing it during the day. Lower the volume. Focus on another sound. Triggers can be good but if it's too much don't judge the sound or why your feeling this way just let it go and breath. I used to struggle with sounds but gotten better by breathing. I still can't listen to high htz music though. Thought this might help 🥰

If you listen to spotify search for "the mindful movement" I'm pretty sure all her content is just her voice.

Disappointed that I’m being asked to answer questions for a sleep meditation. I want to stop thinking. And go to sleep. Not awaken my energy.
I had to stop this as the squeaky chirping sounds were increasing my anxiety. Usually have fallen asleep long before with your other videos, sorry!
