@@iibluesapphirex1058 I'm replying a year later too too
They are both great birds.
Einstein loves the attention, she's always leaning towards the mic. XD
Mahiko Lee she wants her seed for doing the impressions
She's still kicking!
That is awesome. She is a very talented trainer.
I hope she's still alive, she's like a miracle, it's hard to believe how amazing she is 😍😍😍😍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
She died ages ago 😢
If you need a good laugh. Then watch this. What an amazing parrot!
EINSTEIN has to be be the absolute BEST trained and talking parrot anyone has ever seen.
He never disappoints and his responses seem to be much more than just a sequential pre-rehearsed pattern to the sound " cues " or rehearsed performance because the trainer's introduction is very long,
I have also watched numerous videos of this bird going through his repertoire at random BY HIMSELF without the trainer cuing him....like rehearsing and practicing and when he does interact with his family it is RANDOM and yet relevant to what is going on.
This bird's intelligence and ability is much more than some animal just being able to mimic sounds
did anyone else cry watching this? i have no idea why, but i couldn't help but cry. Pretty beautiful stuff.
“OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD!” 😂😂
African Grey's are very smart birds.. They can pick up words by hearing people talk. These videos makes me want one!!!!
this is an absolutely adorable and very intelligent parrot
And I think Ein is a very lucky bird. She has only performed with the one trainer. Awesome enrichment for the sweet bird.
i saw him on tv ages ago i had to see more!!! love him
Einstein, you're the "BEST" and our "SUPERSTAR".
These birds and many others are quite sentient and understand a lot more than most would think. Einstein appears to have had food as a motivation to perform. I have an African grey who will play peek-a-boo, call my daughter, welcome me with 'hi boooyee' when I come home. Say 'out' to ask to get out. Make every sound made in the house and outdoors. What makes Grey's unique is their desire to mimic, but they grasp concepts as well and in cases such as Alex, can do simple math. Animals have souls.
what an adorable parrot!
I'm impressed by the volume of words and the speed that both the speaker and parrot were able to perform. It was smooth for the most part and the bird didn't even seem to think about any of it. Very well done.
Lol Your Comment is so old!!!!!!!
Hello from future
I work at a parrot refuge and the greys are the best parrot to work with. I call them the physicists of the parrot world because they break everything down to its basic elements.Put a box or a watermelon in with them and within hours it is just a bunch of tiny pieces. They are very tame and very curious more than other parrots. Grey All the Way!
My parrot Bodhi has a short video on my video's list here dedicated to Einstein! I gave Einstein the credit for teaching my Indian Ringneck these words/impression(s). My feathered bestie is a huge fan! 💜🐥
I love Einstein! And now I love her even more!
Oh, and Albert was great, too! (Though now he might have been out-smarted!)
Hello
Awwww the girl's so nervous :(( She did great though
I love african greys! my first run in with one was at an aviary, and I was waiting to see if it was going to say anything funny, and I kid you not, it looked at me and screamed, "Talk, damn you!"
I guess earlier, someone REALLY wanted him to say something...
Parrot? What parrot?

What I would really love to see is it actually putting into words what it is thinking. These birds are very intelligent (for an animal, that is).

this is the best ted probably.
That was great. How many trigger phrases does it have a response to does anyone figure? That was far more than most trained dogs or pigs, and far more complex in many ways. Really an interesting thing to watch.
