Wow!!! Rajaa that is fantastic! We are so happy to hear that we have been a part of your journey to become NATIONAL CHAMPION! Great job and keep up the great work!
Thank you! I left short track speed skating a few years ago after getting injured during a competition. I had no motivation to continue doing this sport. I saw this video today and thought to myself "wow, I still can do something like this". And that made me rethink my decision. I'm going to exercise as much as possible this summer to get back to my team before the competiting season starts. Thanks a lot:)
Thank you very much for your comment, Levi! We are so happy to hear this. Congratulations and we wish you all the best on your training! Keep an eye out for more skater circuits coming soon and please feel free to message us on RUclips or Instagram with any questions you have!

I am engaging all the muscles needed to skate, and I have no back pain because of poor form. The true test for me that this workout did help me was when I had to do my 27/5 (27 laps in 5 minutes). Hey y'all, thanks for sharing this video! I'm looking to get into speed skating and was wondering if you guys had any tips for building up knee strength or certain exercises for that? Thank you and much appreciated!💪🏻😁
This is insane! Do these exercises build legs like yours or do you need others like slow squats with heavy weights? Thank you guys! You are awesome!!!!
we would recommend doing squats with weights on top of dryland exercises but you for sure can build strong legs with just dryland and skating! send us an email if you're looking for a workout program!
Excelente video!! Estos ejercicios complementan la preparacion para los ultra trails!! Recomendarian hacerlos con chaleco de peso? (Peso entre 4kg / 6kg)
I've been interested with skating lately and fortunately found this one which motivated me to do workouts to strenthen my leg muscles. I used to run long distances. Does this also help with running? Thank you for sharing this awesome workout. ❤
You are very welcome! This workout will certainly help with running by helping build strength in your legs. Combine this with a few runs a week and you will be getting faster and faster in no time!
I get knee pain when sitting or biking, sometimes after skating or running. Trying to prep for this years skate marathon in Berlin. Would this routine help or worsen sore knees, you think? The variation looks good to me at least, rly want to get stronger knees. Ty
We think you should try out 15-20 seconds on and 40 seconds off of each exercise, and maybe only do 5 exercises per set. Try this out, see how your knees feel and then add more time or more exercises if they are okay! We aren't physiotherapists or doctors so it may be best to make sure your knees are okay first by going to see a professional! Thanks!!

Combine this with a few runs a week and you will be getting faster and faster in no time!
спасибо огромное!!!
Thank you, MERCI
You are welcome!
This is excellent
My favorite!
happy to help!
My legs were crying the entire time
Haha!! Ours too!! Great job!
Thanks!!
