DSP is incapable of remembering more than 1 thing! It's a very common occurrence in any game he plays (ex: Megaman X6, he either always slashes or always shoots, never balancing them! He also seems to forget about the charge shot). -_-

Most publishers treat 'lets-plays' as free advertisement and don't push the issues related to copyright etc. so Phils safe in most games.
