- So Apple claims that the 3rd Generation AirPods 3 provide a better fit for your ears. In our sound quality test, the updated fit of the bud did have a positive effect on the sound quality of the product. But does the updated fit help with the product staying in your ears better while working out? That’s what we tried to figure out.

Here's what I've learned:
1. Low Impact Accessory Workouts - I had no problem with the new AirPods doing accessory work involving a Ski-Erg, Air Bike, Ring work, KB Swings, Skipping, Scap PullUps, Nordic Curls and Barbell Strict Press
2. Weightlifting - I had no issues using the new AirPods with squats, olympic lifting and other various shoulder presses
3. Plyometric workout - WATCH THE VIDEO!

Even though the rubber tips are probably better for keeping the AirPods in your ears, I can't stand the *claustrophobic* feeling I get while using them. Anyone feel the same? 🙋🏻♂️
It felt less when I turn on transparency mode, then i gotten used to it.
Not AirPods but my wired iems always mess with my balance. I use open back headphones on my pc and it’s nice to see the non ear stabby AirPods get some love. Hate that the batteries are still not replaceable but very tempted by the new ones anyway.

Just tried them, I’ve tried all best wireless buds. I’d say the best for everyday person is Beats Buds and AirPods Pro. Those are the only two of high end quality that is noticeably better technology than “old buds”
Have you had a chance yet to test and rate the Beats Fit Pro? They seem to be getting better reviews than Air Pods Pro and Air Pods 3.

Prows did fell out of my ears quite a few times while in the middle of reps in gym only the left one
I’ve heard pros make your ears hurt after a while. I’ve had this happen before with other earphones. Anyone else got thoughts?

I had the pros fall out during a short run. I had to go back to the 2nd gen. Now I will upgrade to the 3rd gen.
How are 3rd generation compared to 2nd generation fit wise?
I have all three and prefer the Pros first , the older second gen second and unfortunately the third Gen last.
The 3rd gen doesn’t seem to fit in my ear especially if you have oily hands.
I think apple should have used different material .
It’s sort of like using Apples clear MagSafe phone case but on your ears.

my airpod pros have never stayed in my ear during running or talking. the only way i made them firmly stay whilst doing these things is to use those silicon hooks that go inside the ear. Instant fix, i was relieved. if anyone reading has the same issue, try that. one thing to note , you gotta attach before use and detach b4 putting inside the charging case
only reason why i dont get it. its such a hassle but a good way of not always worrying if they fall out. might have to just bite the bullet on it.
The Pros practically don't even stay in my ears when I'm not moving at all. It was absolutely impossible to work out with them - no matter which eartips i used... The solution with the silicon hooks isn't practicable for me. I am really curious about the 3s because I need a replacement for my old Powerbeats Pro where one battery is almost dead due to problems with the charging (the don't charge reliably, activate without any reason and therefor always drain thair battery). Wish they would bring Powerbeats with a smaller case and maybe even ANC...
Just my two cents. Airpods 3rd gen have never fallen out of my ear from vigorous workout, zero wind noise, and are way more secure and comfortable than the 1s or 2s.

I love my AirPods 3 perfect fit for running
PSA check Costco, Walmart, and Amazon, currently as I write this the AirPods Pro are $179 on the US websites, which is the same price as the AirPods 3.
probably you need another size of the airpods Pro ear tips, pretty rare for them to fall off, or it can be that the other ones just fit better in your ear. Hopefully we will get a Pro version with that design in the future.

I got the Airpods 3 but returned them because the right earbud would beep constantly if there was no audio playing. It was incredibly annoying. How are no reviewers talking about this? Anyone else?

Wow. I’m surprised the Pros fell out. But it happens. I think the tips’ material when introduced to moisture of any kind start to get more slippery. But I agree with your overall assessment, Aaron: its the AirPods Pro for me. Really trying to keep the AirPods 3, but my left ear man….

Yes it's true, when silicone tips get even a little bit greasy or sweaty they kinda want to squeeze out of your ears. I also have the same problem with my left ear lmaoo, that's why I went with the 3s and it's the first time that a pair of earphones fit me so well especially that left ear lol (but sometimes I get the feeling like they are going to fall out but not really)
@@cristopherbelloso7332 I just go them and I feel like my left ear is saying goodbye, but also not really.. I am so confused about the feeling. They are not falling out, but it sure feels like that. gonna test for a while and then make a choice to either keep 'em or send them back. the 1st gen fit my war quite well, but I LOVE what the 3rd can do and the silicone tips are nothing for my ear unfortunately.
@@cristopherbelloso7332 Lol i just bought for a week now and keep feeling like it's gonna fall out of my left ear too whilst the right is just fine like it sits in there properly. But i tried doing some really hard head banging with the airpods in my ears and surprisingly they didn't fall out

I got used to it 5 months into owning them and it has fallen out like 3 times and it was bc my ear was sweaty/greasy (Just wipe with shirt and ready to go) Remember to adjust the fit by twisting them like they tell you to do on Tips, when I twist forward the one on my left ear it gets more snug, but that would depend on the shape of your ear.

I've held off buying any of these Apple pods because of the cost. I'm hard on ear buds. I lose them or break them too often. Sticking with good enough $50 sets.

AirPods seem too overpriced, I know I would like them if I had them, but I really don’t feel they’re just overpriced. I use the earfun pro that are great value, but haven’t tried any other EarPods to compare them otherwise 🤷♂️ they sounds great and have good noise cancellation and great battery life… I used the jaybird freedom before these.
I know I am a bit weird about this but: Videos with ticking and beats in the background isn’t very nice listening to when someone is telling and explaining stuff 😊 It’s distracting. Cool tests, so that part is top top 👍👍
AirPods 3 fell out within the first 2 minutes of working out for me. Not any better than AirPods Pro. Both fall out quickly for me. Both are unusable for more than a few minutes, even just walking around the house 👎. Giving my new AirPods 3 to my wife and switched to Jabra Elite 7 Pro which did not fall out once during my 40 minute intense workout test. I’m done with apple earbuds unless they change the design.
100% agree with you. These didn’t fall out when I was running even though it felt like it did. I will say that is probably due to the fact I’ve never had wireless earbuds and after I got use to it, I felt comfortable. However, I couldn’t even get through a core exercise such as flutter kicks without the left earbud falling out. Gonna return these and keep searching

Do people too addicted to electronic even workout need something in ear to motivate them? Why not just motivate yourself and not music and listen. To nature while you are outside, if you want music, listen to them while you do nothing but appreciate the music and you get to hear most of them during these mindset too
