- A new vaccine is out for the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) for those age 60 and over, called "Arexvy". Many patients have been asking me about whether they should get it, so I dug into the evidence and produced this video for folks to have some further background understanding of what RSV is and how the vaccine works. Stick around to the end for my thoughts on whether or not someone should get the vaccine!

exactly and when did anyone talk about this new RSV 'threat' until the vaccines were introduce. If you know anything about marketing, it's call 'demand generation' and it's also referred to as 'problem, reaction, solution". It's becoming so obvious now to those who have eyes to see that the problem is created to bring in the solution. follow the money.
It's OK but you do need a vaccine if you are 65 or older especially if you have medical conditions

I'm taking a hard pass yet again. Any medical treatment pushed by the government (and WEF) with no clinical trials and double blind studies (plus the mandatory compliance issues/Vaccine passports) done raises so many red flags it's unbelievable.
Oh yes, and myocarditis. I almost forgot about the studies done on that.
Another vaccine being added to the present list . This virus was discovered in 1956 and now it has a vaccine . Vaccines are huge money makers I have been studying vaccines for over 25 years . I have never seen so many sick children as we have today. There is a new children’s clinic going up on every other corner in my town and the parking lots are full every day that I drive by. New hospitals going up for children with cancers , old established children’s hospitals adding multiple new wings that go for blocks . When I was growing up we all had childhood diseases ..They trained our immune system how to be healthy when we became adults. Parents are not allowed to make decisions on vaccines for their babies, children and teens. The Government knows better what you need. There is a vaccine for every thing that you can think of in this day and time. I am hopefully awaiting for an anti death vaccine or at least a vaccine to prolong life. I believe in informed consent. If you want vaccines for your children or yourself, you should be told as much as possible about that vaccine and then make your own decision. This is not being done and parents trust the medical establishment and government without question. Please know what you are putting in your body and that of your babies and children. Be responsible to be informed. Knowledge is power.
Did you personally watch the FDA committee meetings on the RSV vaccine? I did and would not recommend it. A friend with COPD was told by his Pulmonologist to NOT get it as the risks outweigh any potential benefits. Definitely the same thing I have been saying after watching the FDA panels on this.
I'm 68 And the pulmonary doctor told me to get that shot So Blunt About it, I told him you get that shot I'm not getting no government jab, Yes I was hated....

Thank you for pointing out trial participants have only been followed for 6.7 months, therefore we do not know how long this new vaccine will be affective.

I got the Pneumonia vaccine a few years ago and since then I have had much less respiratory infections. Not sure why.
I’ll have to get that vaccine. They turned me down from my last Covid shot. They told me i had too many. Walmart never told me that. They gave me a I shot every time I asked for one .
i got the rsv vaccine and my eyesite was blurry and off a bit for 3 days. also felt a bit dizzy
I have taken all the Covid shots, annual flu shot, and the RSV, Pneumonia and shingles shots.
It’s silly not to take every shot available.

I don't wish to partake in this particular trial, but rather, I was merely wondering just whom is responsible for a possible glitch or yet another connected and probable deceit; Why isn't the very basic term "covid" given us properly spelled in neithet the video's dialogue transcript nor the closed captioning mechanism? It should be noted that the term "covid" is given without the "v", and in both cases shortened to "coid".
These questions might seems somewhat trivial at first glance, though under closer scrutiny, one or all could perceive that "someone" or even A I did attempt to skirt around a prescribed algorithm designed to ferret out disinformation, or more nefariously decouple the term "covid" from "arexvy" to hide away possible "health harms" should these vaccines be injected consecutively, similarly? All the while, this gentleman has clearly stated that, though much is still unknown as to that regard, that anyone seeking their vaccines should exercise at least some caution, seek the opinion of another doctor....
"Covid" does trigger the disinformation algorithms.

I am 75, I wish I took the RSV vaccine. I am currently suffering from RSV, it is brutal. I had pneumonia, so I know it is not as bad as pneumonia (which it could develop into) but it is a solid 2nd place, in exhaustion and stress on my lungs. I finally managed to get to a doctor. I have been sick now for 8 days. I think I have just begun to feel a slight uptick, but the doctor told me if symptoms continue not to show a significant change by this weekend I need to go back.
Hope you have a good recovery soon. It's a tough decision on the RSV vaccine. I hate all the people dismissing it here.
I am improving. But guess what! I just checked my vax record and found that I did take the RSV vaccine in Sept when I got the flu vaccine. Well, it hasn't developed into pneumonia so perhaps I would have been hospitalized.@@Person-mh6xq

I got the RSV vac (age 76) and didn't have any side affects. The nurse said I only need it once. In the US my insurance paid.
You will need it every year though just like the flu vaccine.

I have a newborn grandchild whose pediatrician recommended that grandparents get the vaccine, so I did. I understand that many of us have had RSV in the past and recovered quickly, but things change as we age. It's free for people over 65 in the USA.

CVS in the USA gave me my Flu Vaccine in October . Then in mid November , I received the shingles vaccine and Covid booster in my right arm and the RSV in my left. I did not have any negative effects ( RSV WAS Recommended by my doctor.
Hopefully , my ears do not fall off.
I do believe that I developed Anxiety back after my first round of Covid Vaccines and have been fighting anxiety ever since .

I had RSV. It was horrible. I was not hospitalized, but I was very ill. I got the vaccine for it this year. I did not want to go through that again. It was worse than COVID or the flu. I got all three vaccines at once.
