I've been getting a txt every year for the past five years from my local GP surgery to book an appointment for my annual flu shot. I've ignored every single one and will continue to do so. I am a retired nurse in my 70s. I have always trusted medicine and have had every vaccine deemed necessary for me but that is now a thing of the past. Until the day comes when somebody from the WHO comes to my property and sits on me and forces me to have an injection I will not agree to any more vaccines. I resent that our hard earned money is being thrown into all this. I am also very worried about others in the population who do not follow these things as closely as I do. I am currently being bombarded almost daily with reminders to book my Spring Covid booster even though I have told them I will give it a miss. I also asked my GP (via email) if he thought it would be an idea for me to take a daily dose of Vitamin K2 and what dosage did he suggest. I received the standard link via a receptionist for the NHS vitamin K online information which I had obviously already seen, and which gives absolutely no mention of vitamin K2 as separate from vitamin K1. So no guidelines from my GP whatsoever. Edit: I have finally been given the option to have my name removed from booster list

I watched a video the other day where a corporation is taking plants injecting it with some type of bacteria and making the plant produce vaccines. In future nothing is safe and you won't even need a jab to get their shit either. Just their hideous synthetic food as 'medicine'. There are no anti-Covid-19 at all, and never will be. This is impossible to make such on! All these so-called "vaccines" are only boosters. Mother died 5 days afther her fleu shot. Dad barely surfived. They were not sick ore weak at all when they got them. That was in late December 2016. Many elderly died that year..

As an ex practice nurse i experienced asthma like symptoms administering the flu vaccines back in the day . When I left the profession all symptoms resolved . 😊
I saw an article that asthma and respiratory issues were experienced by immunization nurses . Strangely the paper disappeared , anyone have it .
Occupational exposure needs to be more researched in the administration of all vaccines and injections .

I haven't had one (influenza) since 1986 (in the military at the time). I may have had flu just once back in the mid 1990s (before I started improving my diet and getting more D3 from sun exposure mostly). Thankfully been generally healthy with no issues.

Thanks Dr Campbell for this update. I took the flu vaccine and was struck down with influenza and Aphonia (Loss of Voice) which went on for over a year. My Gp diagnosed me with Laryngitis and put off work each time I had an attack. I was in my forties since then I’ve not taken the flu jab and have not been affected with influenza. I take high doses of Vitamin D and K2. Why aren’t health professionals not enforcing Vitamin D3 K2 to build up immunity, this far more effective than the jab? NHS has been sending me several text messages each week to take this jab, due to my lack of response they’ve resorted to sending me emails.

What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting.
Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building.
Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS.
The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again!
Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose.
Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells
Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention!
Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers.
In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer.
A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice.

I'm a year in from my injury from the Phizer vaccine with a wheelchair, breathing gadget, and 8 medications,went non verbal at one point, can only sleep 4 hours a night, it's very painful and terrifying, daily. Hospitals here in Dublin are employing sadistic psychopaths, absolutely brimming with dupers delight... A cardiologist shouted at me that I just needed to accept it, a neurologist, recently, said he hadn't seen anyone with side effects from the vaccine...a mental health nurse told me no one forced me to take it, another looked me up and down commenting on my appearance because I had lost so much weight .. A GP told me all my symptoms were too rare and it was just anxiety, her co worker told me not to go to a&e as they'd just give me the same medication, she told me they had no where to put me.. A therapist, shrugged and said "it was only one in 10,000" that got injured.. Another GP told me he hadn't seen any side effects from the vaccine but there's been a huge increase in mental health issues here, he said that they had no guidance on how to deal with injuries... I have 2 consultants now, and post vaccine illness and long covid are on my file. It took 6 months for one of those nutbags to even acknowledge this. Shout out to the people with closed brain injuries, Cardiac injuries and Vagus nerve injuries. The most inhumane and cruel thing I have ever experienced. This has been the most pointless, stupid, scariest, expensive, humiliating, dehumanising, traumatising thing that I have ever done to myself. I have no idea how I survived or if I am going to survive this. And they are doing this to children..

I get flu roughly every 20 years, so that should give me some immunity. I wont be changing my vaccine aversion habit in the near future, but when I'm old and frail I might have second thoughts. I have been getting msg's from my GP's surgery for a flu jab since July. I have not had one for about four years, and will not be having one ever again.

Wait till you are 80 years old, or if your immune system is compromised for ANY reason... not everyone is like you. God designed women to bear children at 14 years of age, too, so there's also that to consider. I simply avoid infection by sinmple precautioins, and I haven't had the flu since 1987.

I gullibly took the flu jab for the first time eight+ years ago and it was one of the worst winter experiences of my life. It was hell and I literally sought death to escape its vileness. I don't know how I made it throu gh. And, it affected one mentally unlike previous winter illnesses.

I have to say, Jesus Christ let many of us Christians people down when it came to the mandates of vaccines. For instance, me and several of my co-workers had to use the religious exemptions that we found in a book called "STOP DO NOT TAKE THAT SHOT BECAUSE VACCINES ARE SAFE!" If it wasn't for the religious exemption in that book, many of us at the hospital I work for would have had to take not only the covid shots, but the yearly mandatory flu-shots as well. Many hospital have been involved with mandatory flu-shots prior and after the covid-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, pastors will gladly take our donations, but won't fill out a vaccine exemption religious form for us. So we took matters into our own hands and avoided the jabs.

Been boycotting healthcare for decades. Other than acute injury which I had one last year. I was shocked that all staff from the ambulance attendants to the nurses were shocked that I had no prescription drugs, my health care has not only expired (and they weren’t supposed to expire) but that card hasn’t even been accepted for years.

There are three trials consisting of small, medium and large number of participants- (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3) before ANY drug is approved for use.

I used to vaccinate my dogs regularly, thinking that I was being responsible, until, one dog almost died from a vaccine. And then there was a new vaccine that preyed upon my desire to keep my animals safe, but when you had to vaccinate for life for efficacy and I discovered that it was untested, I began my quest to assume responsibility and not rely on veterinarians.
They will not allow you to board your dogs without vaccines. They require a flu doggie shot now. It is maddening. I can understand some of the standard shots like rabies, but they keep expanding what dogs must receive. It is becoming a scam like human medicine.
I have always vaccinated my dogs every year.
Bert, my current dog, has just had his primary courses and no boosters. If he absolutely must have them I will take him but I plan to keep it to the barest minimum.
It doesn’t help that boarding kennels require annual boosters. Needless to say he’s never been to boarding kennels and I haven’t been on holiday since I got him as a result 😂. If he can’t come with me we don’t go.
i no longer vaccinate wherever possible...my horses gets sick when vaccinated but he cannot compete unless hes jabbed ...so i compete less now ;0(
