    Looks awesome Dougie, that beet and horseradish mix sounds perfect, the color turned out great! That hand trick is really cool, I’ll have to try it for sure. Have a great weekend brother and keep on cooking!

      It's a relief to finally have my computer back and ... I didn't hafta buy a new one thanks to my buddy who solved the problem 4 other idiots couldn't ... whew :)
