    Thanks Dougie. I’m a big fan of reverse searing. I have a wireless thermometer and monitor the internal temperature throughout the process.

    Nothing like that crust you get on steak from cast iron! Reverse sear is definitely the way to go and you caught a perfect medium rare. Love mushrooms with steak, classic and delicious! Have a great weekend Dougie!

    how do u know how old meat can last in the case?? what type of markup is in meat?? how much should a butcher make in $$$
    i want to find out about opening a small shop, im retired, not dead!! 😊

      Meat should be sold in three days. Otherwise you could use it for stew, kabobs or mince. I am currently making $32.00/hour. Good luck with your shop.
