    Welcome to my channel! my name is Lia, author of the book “Transform your life” and in this video I would like to talk about a technique that I love and use almost everyday to release trapped emotions from my body and that is the Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson.
    The emotion code is an energy healing technique that helps us identify and release trapped emotions that are harmful emotional energy trapped in our bodies from past experiences. It uses our communication with our subconscious mind and the healing power of magnets to release the energy of the emotions from our bodies.

      If you have to use this technique daily, you are not becoming aware of what you are doing that causes it and now needs it to be dealt with. Perhaps there is a better way?
      "Emotions come from one's memory reacting to the now. I will give a clear example. If a person see's an average stranger there is no or very little emotions if that person is being peaceful. Exceptions could be if the stranger were sickly, crippled, violent or very attractive which is also memory. Then if that same person has not seen their child for awhile, let's say they were in the military or in another country for a couple years, there would be great emotions built up from the past in memory reacting to seeing them now.
      If one lives in the now and only uses memory when needed, one can avoid some of the pitfalls of emotional pain. Detachment is another key. If one gets attached to things that change, one invites suffering unto yourself. What in the physical world does not change? A better attitude would be to be grateful for what God/life gives you and one day may take away.
      When one focuses on a negative energy emotion whether fear, anger, it energizes it and gives it life within. This takes away our peace of mind, can affect our mood and those around us. It can raise our blood pressure, release negative hormones, lower one's resistance if done a lot. No matter what Religion one practices or does not, or what Country one is from, one wants to be happy. Is focusing on negative energy emotions helping? Why use free will that way?
      Until one's highest spiritual self is running the show, it is better to think of something positive, do something positive or give the thought back to God.
      Our highest true self (made in God's image) is supposed to use this memory/ego and temporary physical body as a tool. But unfortunately for many, the chatty egoic mind and memory runs the show most of the time. The trick is that the egoic mind cannot control the egoic mind, but it can be observed and seen for what it is and put in proper order. Our highest Spiritual self using the ego/memory and temporary body as needed. This observation is what is needed so you do not have to keep doing your procedure daily.
      Although God is omnipresent or as the Bible said -"God is above all, thru all and in all.", one's highest or spiritual self is not what one is aware of whether a flower, our temporary physical body, a thought (when the thought stops, our awareness does not stop), nor are we the chatty egoic mind or memory. We are the AWARENESS of all of those. We are existence, awareness, and peace/bliss. In a very still lake, there is great calmness and from that calmness it is easy to see where the wave (thoughts) start and their effects.
      Do you know why many who meditate observe their breathing. This is a very profound practice . One's breathing is in the now, and exercises observation rather than thinking, which helps create inner silence. Observing one's breath calms and slows the breathing which has an affect of calming the mind. One's breath is what connects our Spiritual self to this temporary physical body. No breath and one's physical body will die. This practice teaches one to live in the now instead of their thinking mind most of time, and will not miss many things life put in front of them, they would have before. They will have greater and more accurate perception, awareness, peace, expanding love, bliss and more.
      Have you ever observed something for the 1st time when you were younger? So nothing to compare is to or judge it by, just pure observation and wonder. The lower chatty egoic mind/memory categorizes everything, so it separates you from me, from God, from direct perception. When you go into thought which is made up of the past and can project into the future. You stop or limit observation and direct perception. Although it has it's place in certain situations, but can hinder in others. One must become aware of this.
      Although our egoic mind/memory contains our wisdom learned, it is also full of illusion, delusion and error. Some of the things we went through when younger were not seen clearly and causes many to react inappropriately to this day. Instead of acting with clear insight and compassion.
      Have you also noticed? When speaking with a friend or relative, have you ever wanted to respond to what they said, so you hold on to what you want to say, and do not hear a lot of what they say after that? Instead of trusting you will respond correctly? Become aware of such things. Practicing observing your breath can help exercise the right part of you to do this. You can do it meditating, in bed, driving or almost any time.

    I don't know if the emotional body/code doesn't work on me or if the facilitator wasn't competent but I spent a lot of money and nothing...I should have either changed facilitator, learned to do it myself or stopped and looked for another energy healing modality after a couple of sessions...I should have listened to my intuition...all that money wasted...that's my experience, it might work for you...

      I‘m sorry it didn’t work for you! I always recommend to do it ourselves so we can feel if it is working or not, maybe you can give it a try by yourself. Anyway listening to your intuition is the most important part, so maybe something else works better for you. Much Love 💗

      @@k-lysbliss8875 dont be angry with yourself. You spent the Money on trying to help yourself and thats never a waste. You didnt enjoy the experience and that sucks. If you feel the Need to blame someone its the faciliator and thats okay. I Hope you will find your own way to heal 🙏

    In the questions, do we mention the names of columns A and B, or do we mention the names of the injury and the feeling?

      Hi :) First ask about the columns and rows so you know where to look for the emotion, then ask about the emotion going one by one in that specific column/row. I hope it helps ☀️

    Whats the difference between the emotional code and the body code, and could you do a guide for the other one if there's any difference

      Dear Gabriel, there is no difference in the method. The only difference is that it extends to other body ailments. I hope it helps 😊

    Hi! Thanx!!💕 why do we have to know what emotion is trapped? Can't we just release it without knowing its nature?

      I think it can work for emotions arising at the moment but not sure for trapped emotions, you can give it a try and see if it works! I hope this helps 💜

      Hi dear! Thank you for your comment :) It took me like a couple of hours to get the sense of it, it is not difficult at all. My tip is to concentrate on the question or situation and be neutral about it to avoid mistakes and choose the technique you are most comfortable with. Let me know if it works for you :)

    Muscle testing doesn’t work for me. I tried all the exercises. So what do I need to do to figure out the trapped emotion?

      You can try with meditation, asking for the emotion and intuitively getting what it might be. Or you can read the book, there is a part about what to do when muscle testing doesn’t work. It can be dehydration or being stressed out. I hope it helps 💜

      @@gracewilliams117 Yes, it doesn’t work for everyone but there are other options to try :) I would try to intuitively get to know what it is. If it is true you normally relax and if it is false the body contracts.

      I only have magnets with one side, but I guess you can try both sides and see which one works best :)

      Well it’s the subconscious mind that knows and is connected to the body, the same way it tells it to heal a wound. I hope that helps :)

      But do we need to read the emotions in the columns so it is in the subconscious when we ask these questions?

      @@katherinesosa2368 You just have to see it once. Our subconscious mind process a lot more information than our conscious one :)
