You just showed up in my feed today and watched from beginning to end. Loved you choices for free patterns and only had 1 saved already. I will be watching more because I like your non-chaotic style💕
Thank you for your excellent recommendations! I saved so many more patterns based on your recommended patterns and your thoughts on each. I am a new fan of you and your work. Thank you.
Great video Joyin - thanks. There are some lovely things in there. I love how you're encouraging the adventurous beginner - that's how we we learn and get better, isn't it! I have always knitted but still felt I was a beginner until recently, when I started trying more interesting and complex things, only to find they were quite achievable after all!
great episode! Could you please leave the images of the patterns you highlight up longer? Often times I am not glued to the screen as i'm knitting or doing whatever task at hand, and miss the 2 seconds it's displayed. Leave them up for the duration you are talking about them. Thanks for a great episode.
I love these pattern recommendations, I definitely want to try the Strikkeskolens Hue. Another free pattern dupe is the two-by-two hat by Anne Gagnon for the Hipster Hat by PetiteKnit.

thanks for watching!! Yeah I've found that starting with a more complicated project than just a garter scarf kept my interest in knitting longer.
I really like The Classic. 🧶
Definitely have lots of Espace Tricot patterns on my wishlist! The yarn company is still going Sonder Yarn Co.
Oh yeah I just found that out. I need to order some yarn from them for the Sunday morning shawl
@@toksknits Me too! I bought yarn for that shawl last year and it's on my list to knit this year! 😊
