Agree with you about the pink and white house/flat pass me the sick bowl! Don't know about sea defence you need a wind defence in Blackpool at times. Lovely to see it so busy and I'm sure it got busier as the night went on. Wondered which way that conversation with the beer monster was going Stephen, sometimes you're safer in the car. Kicking off in Blackpool again!

I love the tram service that you have got over there. It reminds me of when I lived in Sheffield. I used to visit Blackpool every bank holiday years ago. Had some fab times and used to stay at a great B&B. The owner Terry was hilarious and it was like home from home. I can't remember the street the B&B was but it was quite close to some of the main pubs.

Nice ride around Blackpool Stephen. I always enjoy these bicycle view videos. It’s certainly banging in some of the bars and pubs no doubt just after the football. Both Wetherspoons and Brannigans absolutely banging. Plenty of beer monsters around. “It’s kicking off….”

Hi Stephen the England match they don't make it easy do they Blackpool is looking busy thanks for going down Charley road my back up is on that road the pearl hotel I used it when the ruskin hotel is fully booked up it is nice road charnley road lots of hotels would you go down Albert road my favourite road in Blackpool lots of hotels on Albert road and coronation Street needs some work done to it the police went past you Stephen it is kicking off in Blackpool hopefully no trouble I like when you say it is kicking off in Blackpool I enjoyed the match but I'm looking forward to watching my blackpool football club the town that I love so much and the bikers are in town thanks Stephen for a great video 🎉from Keith

My mum won a Charleston dance competition in the tower ballroom in the 1920s. And a butterfly swimming competition in Blackpool in the 1920s. She leant to swim by someone pushing her in.she sead..x
Interesting the way you went into North Station. You used to be able to get in that way years ago until they put the gateline (automatic ticket barriers) in. It was a much quicker way if you were heading to/coming back from the North or just wanted to avoid the crowds on Talbot Road.
I see what you mean about the blackpool beer monsters. They are abundant

I ride my bike everyday, I’m out all day….but I get home before 9 but it’s surprising how quiet it is after the game.

My wife and I used to go twice a year to GLACKPOOL LYNDENE HOTEL, then we went one year and all the Lancashire lady waiting staff were replaced by Polish staff, Even the Gay waiter that worked at Ladyboys, I was never the same
We went again when they had bought and moved into the hotel next door on their Left, Things were not much better, Not been since

Personally regarding the trams going to North station. It is one of those ideas that are good in theory, but in practice not so much
Just looked up those Horsetail plants. They were used medicinally by the Romans apparently.
Glad I don’t have them in my garden. They are very difficult to get rid of.

If ur going by train this mth well the northern line trains r on strike. A couple of days in July.. its the north St an south St the pleasure beach trains r ok...that's a local train...u'll get there eventually...I'm hoping that the trains at Preston r not on strike wen I go...

did you get a camera mount for your bike? I just got a bike and am thinking about how to film with my various cameras.
I’m experimenting with one. It’s not perfect because when I go over a bump, the picture wobbles. Might be better to wear the camera, maybe?

Why would anyone drink lager period when ale is available, especially the British tasting stuff, pils maybe.
I was lured to the ale side 4 years ago and it’s now what I always look for, rather than lager.
Your so right but the strength of it nowadays does me, getting old can't hold like I used to, 🤣🤣, or thought I did.
@@AWalkontheWildSideBlackpool I think that british tasting stuff was made for women to drink (half a lager and black or lime) along with blue nun and babycham) I have a taste for Old perculiar at the moment, I've also found out 0% Guinness tastes better than lower % lager and beers like Tetley.
