I don't think Dignitatis Humanae necessarily contradicts previous Catholic Teaching
but even if it did this isn't a problem
not every part of ecumenical councils is infallible, and a council can teach error provided that it is not heresy or harmful to souls

DH directly contradicts Quanta Cura, therefore it is teaching a doctrine harmful to souls.

      No
Not every erroneous teaching is harmful to souls
For example the Church in the Latin Rite taught for centuries that in order of ordinations to be valid the chalice must be handed over
This error was fixed by Pope Pius XII
This is an error but it wasn't harmful to souls
You won't go to hell if you set an extra criteria for validity as long as the correct criteria is there

      @@MZONE991 I don't think you're understanding me so I'll be more specific.
The error of religious liberty is described as "awful and ever lamentable heresy" by Pope Pius VII, which is further described as "most fatal in its effects on the Catholic Church and the salvation of souls" by Pope Pius IX, and according to Pope Leo XIII "which is so opposed to the virtue of religion..."

The Magisterium forbids people from interpreting its documents contrary to their intended meaning
DH says that the right to religious freedom is not absolute, and that it is not contrary to what Previous Popes taught
Thus you are in disobedience if you reject that

Sedevacantism or sedeprivationism are just cheap loop holes for dissent
Martin Luther could have easily dissented by claiming the See was Vacant for the past 500 years
