SSJ4 was a much better transformation the either SSJG or SSJB. It wasn't just a recolor. I'd like to see them give "SSJ4" to Broly. He still has a tail. It could be the TRUE SSJG transformation.

I'd give it far more than just one thing. I think it's a decent Sequel and Ending to the Original DB Anime. Could it have been Perfect with the ideas at hand? Sure, close enough. But it's decent.

I’m gonna headcanon that the Dragon Fist is more of a reversal technique than a multiplier one. He can only use it while at a minimum of battle reserves or it condenses the power of a total battle that Goku was in, including power that Goku used and was hit by.
All throughout Dragonball, Goku's shoes have never broken. Not even when attacked by Baby's Revenge Death Ball, or Omega's Minus Energy Power Ball. When will you scale the power of Goku's shoes?

At 2:04:17 you used the formula A + B x 100 = C for fusion strength, but what you meant was (A + B) x 100 = C. Otherwise you are multiplying person B's power by 100 and adding person A's power, and not adding A's and B's power together-after which multiplying by 100.

I'm almost positive that we have seen Goku not only using the full power of his "change state", not only combining it with his Super Saiyan forms, but going far, far beyond it. This is because I believe that after Goku underwent a complete permanent change, killed Omega Shenron, absorbed the Earth's Dragon Balls and trained with Shenron for a hundred years, he was found and chosen to be a protector of not only Earth, not only the universe, but all of time and space - Xeno Goku.
I had never considered that they were already near universal in dbz. It makes so much sense though. It makes the statement in super more like their reactions were because it was a side affect rather than an attack. It also explains why all the other figters were able to catch up so quickly. Also god ki might be more capable of affecting the universe or something
It's completely ridiculous. The 1st confirmed universal feat in DB hapenned in super. Anything prior is ridiculous wanking based on dimensions mumbo jumbo. It's got nothing to do with having the raw power to literally disintegrate everything in a universe, which is what universal should be.
One could argue that vegeta needed the 1000x Brutz waves to transform into golden oozaru because without his tail to control and initiate the transformation, the excess power was needed to be the catalyst, and that without the tail, the brute(no pun intended) influx of Brutz waves was no where as efficient as the same amount of Brutz waves being absorbed by a Saiyan with a tail. So I dont think your power scaling in this area is as accurate as you stated. Also, with goku's golden oozaru and also ssj4 transformations being caused by the earth and not just a moon, it could stand to reason he was receiving roughly 4 times as many Brutz waves as a standard moon/energy ball transformation, and could be said to be a stronger transformation than normally would occur. So again, I think your power scaling might be a little skewed here as well.
It would be reasonable to assume he got the 1000x amp, as he still absorbed the power. Sure, it was needed as a catalyst, but the fact remains that he still absorbed that 1000x amp into himself, and we know brutz waves grant power, as later on, he gets that exact same power again after passing out and gets regenerated to full power. Needing the 1000x amp to push him into an oozaru doesn't mess up the scaling
i'll never understand why people find it confusing that SS4 vegeta is in the same realm of power as UFPSS4 goku. before king kai's training, vegeta was almost 54x stronger than goku in the saiyan saga, and that was with barely any training at all on vegeta's part. is it really shocking then that a transformation that's said to bring out all of your potential gives vegeta a much greater boost than goku?
Good stuff. The scaling is ridiculous. I can follow your logic for most of it but it was a bit of a stretch to say that parasyte baby gets a 50x multiplier as well as his host during super saiyan. It makes more sense if his power is a seperate addition regardless his hosts modifiers or abilities. Him not powering up with Trunks the first time he attempted to possess him being a indicator to that point. It also explains why he would force a transformation before attempting a new takeover. He was completely blindsided by Trunks' power up back then. Vegeta or Gohan might've been able to shunt him out in the same way if Baby hadn't drawn out and assessed their power before going in. Just my 2 cents.

If it had continued, they would’ve destroyed the universe. Honestly I love both Super and GT and wish we could have gotten both of them together in something other than heroes because heroes is not as good as the mains series
So, I would like your input on something I had just came across. When promoting Battle of Gods back in 2012, Toei Animation had stated that Battle of Gods “takes place between the blank period of Z and GT”. From what I can put together, Battle of Gods happens before the End of Z, then the End of Z happens, and then GT, as the “blank period” would be the times of piece. But it gets VERY confusing when you think about it more, imo. What do you think?
I'm pretty sure Toei is comparing Battle of Gods to both the anime and the manga in terms of timeline placement. They said Battle of Gods takes place "between the animation series Z and GT" (or the Majin Buu and Black Star Arcs to make that statement make sense) and "... in other words from the blank decade between the end of the battle with Majin Buu in chapter 517 of the manga and chapter 518" So I think they're just trying to explain the timeline placement by comparing it to the episodes of the DBZ and DBGT Anime and the original DB Manga.
ssj Goku and trunks were extremely powerful. At that point Trunks could have one shotted any form of BUU. I like to believe the Grade 4 lvl of ssj was achieved in GT.
I think what happened was the dragon balls themselves have goku their power. Think of it like this, When goku blocked the minus energy ball perhaps Shenron himself became a part of goku somehow hence why goku had to leave with Shanron because the two of them had become One. That would explain goku's power up because Omega Shenrons power was probably added to goku's after shenron did this.
1. Uub's potential could reach Kid Buu's. He's not there yet. There is no evidence of that. 2. Buuhan collapsing pocket dimensions is not a universe+ feat. He could destroy the universe over time, not in one attack. We can use this to say he was multi-galaxy at best, but he's more accepted to be powerful enough to destroy one galaxy. Portal hax doesn't equate to being universe+. 3. No. Destroying the support beams would be a wall or wall+ domino effect destroying that house. This doesn't mean you can destroy the house without targetting a weak point. 4. Black Star Saga is not multiversal. 5. We can't take claims of being able to destroy a universe seriously unless feats and power progression back that up. Otherwise, we'd have universal Second Form Frieza. 6. Rildo might be stronger than the weakest version of Buu, but there's no evidence to say he's above Kid Buu. In fact, Goku in a child form defeated him in without even needing to go SS3. 7. Why would Goku compare him to Mr. Buu? Because he likes comparing the power of his enemies with the power of his friends. 8. There is no evidence that Pan is powerful enough to take on Kid Buu while in base form. 20 minutes in, and I feel like I'm wasting my time.

My logic for why buuhan is stronger than kid buu is because ssj3 goku couldnt hold a candle to buuhan however he is able to fight kid buu on almost equal footing. Goku needed the potara to beat buuhan, however he denies the potara for the fight against kid buu because he felt like he didnt need it.
Yeah, logically it should be like that. But, like he explains in the video, the writers for the anime just didn't care about logic. They changed the rules for plot convenience, basically. That's why he considers Kid Buu as the strongest in this video.
about the whole kidd bu vs buuhan thing, ssj3 goku knew he had no chance agaisnt buuhan but he was on par with kidd bu until he ran out of energy so by that alone buuhan is way stronger, kid buu i just by far the most dangerous thats for sure.

I wonder how goku or any of the other guys never sensed any of the opponents from gt power levels or ki during z. They could sense each other from kais planet during the buu saga, if the power level was raised enough. You would at least think the kais would mention there was way stronger people than foes like cells all throughout the universe, but they make it seem like buu was the only powerhouse outside of cell.

According to what we know SSJ is x50. I proposed that it should've rather been a (mostly) flat increase, big enough to make the first SSJ fight still work normally. I think Goku had 3m base back then, so SSJ could've been around +147m (or round up to +150m, doesn't change much), just not a x50, because as seen in this vid this escalates to stupid levels later with all the other comparisons. Or maybe x2+120m or something less insane than the cannon x50.
I’m grateful for channels like you who shed light on GT & it’s power scale . I’ve been saying it but if GT was cannon they’d be farrrr stronger than super . I still like to believe in my own head canon that SS4 is the strongest form .
I like your video but I think you messed up. You don’t really give any good reasons why you think power levels after an extended time or peace would increase so much. You’re also basing your theories off of bad info. Uub at the end of Z was no where near as powerful as Kid Buu and base Goku is no where near SSJ3. Goku wants to train him to bring out the real power. Also there’s no reason to assume training Uub would make Goku significantly stronger than he was in the Buu saga. And the biggest thing you missed is that Goku is intentionally NERFED in GT when he becomes a kid and has to relearn how to use his transformations and abilities as a child. It’s not until the Baby saga do powerlevels start to return to Buu saga levels and finally surpass them. A more accurate representation of power levels Buu saga through GT would be to use the old score CCG/TCG cards.
He totally botched Goten's statement about Baby's power being above the possessed humans that Goten just defeated (a common mistake, granted, since this pseudo-fact is parroted an awful lot in the community) and just assumed it meant that teen Baby > Boo. So he ended up with Goten a bazillion times stronger than everyone and everything, including Goku. Which just doesn't compute. Then he forgot to mention that Goten needs to be saved by Trunks against Yakon in the Super 17 arc. I felt like Gordon Ramsey in one of those TikTok videos in which he comments on cooks slowly turning normal ingredients into glorious messes. Video would work great if it was a thought experiment titled "what numbers do we get if we consistently apply the most hyperbolic spin possible on a few selected statements", though.

So I just started the video and I'd like to point out a bit of a flaw with your maths (apologies if you've already been made aware of this) if Goku got 400X stronger in 10 years, and we're using that as a base to judge how much stronger he would get in 5 years, then 200X stronger doesn't work at all, as that would imply that if he had 5 more years that he'd only get 2X stronger than that in those additional 5 years as apposed to the 200X jump he got in the first 5, instead to find how much stronger Goku would get in half the time we should use the square root of 400, not 400 cut in half, which would be 20, not 200, as that gives room for Goku to theoretically get 20X stronger again in an additional 5 years to achieve the total growth of 400X

Why would his growth slow down that much all of a sudden? Let me put it another way, 400/400 is 1, obviously, well 10 years = about 3650 days, 3650/400 = 9, roughly, which means with 9 days of solid training Goku's power would... remain the exact same, there would be no increase, that's how the math would work out with the model you're suggesting, do you at least understand what I'm trying to say? I think it’s the way people train to get stronger, also I don’t think Sayia-Jin’s before they were destroyed, trained much, maybe practice, but not to an extent.
Goku, after a zenkai and training for 3 days went from a power of 8,000 to a power of 90,000. Not to mention Goku and Gohan went from being weaker than the androids to being near the power, or even surpassing the power of perfect Cell in less than a year. Keep in mind, they stepped out of the time chamber early. Another thing of note, Vegetas statements in the Saiyan Saga mentioned that once a Saiyan was born at a certain level, that could never change no matter how much you trained. Vegeta didn't train because he thought he was the best around. Freeza didn't train because he thought he was the best around. Cell didn't train because of the sake thing. And the same goes for: Zamasu, Baby (stealing a body or becoming immortal) Moro (didn't need to) Omega The most dangerous opponents thus far in the Super Manga are so dangerous BECAUSE they found the need to train. Jiren. Freeza. Beerus.

I’m gonna headcanon that the Dragon Fist is more of a reversal technique than a multiplier one. He can only use it while at a minimum of battle reserves or it condenses the power of a total battle that Goku was in, including power that Goku used and was hit by.

I'm almost positive that we have seen Goku not only using the full power of his "change state", not only combining it with his Super Saiyan forms, but going far, far beyond it. This is because I believe that after Goku underwent a complete permanent change, killed Omega Shenron, absorbed the Earth's Dragon Balls and trained with Shenron for a hundred years, he was found and chosen to be a protector of not only Earth, not only the universe, but all of time and space - Xeno Goku.

I had never considered that they were already near universal in dbz. It makes so much sense though. It makes the statement in super more like their reactions were because it was a side affect rather than an attack. It also explains why all the other figters were able to catch up so quickly. It's completely ridiculous. The 1st confirmed universal feat in DB hapenned in super. Anything prior is ridiculous wanking based on dimensions mumbo jumbo. It's got nothing to do with having the raw power to literally disintegrate everything in a universe, which is what universal should be.
Given that having threats to the universe was basically common place near the end in a series where moon and planet busters are fodder its believable

One could argue that vegeta needed the 1000x Brutz waves to transform into golden oozaru because without his tail to control and initiate the transformation, the excess power was needed to be the catalyst, and that without the tail, the brute(no pun intended) influx of Brutz waves was no where as efficient as the same amount of Brutz waves being absorbed by a Saiyan with a tail. So I dont think your power scaling in this area is as accurate as you stated.
Also, with goku's golden oozaru and also ssj4 transformations being caused by the earth and not just a moon, it could stand to reason he was receiving roughly 4 times as many Brutz waves as a standard moon/energy ball transformation, and could be said to be a stronger transformation than normally would occur. So again, I think your power scaling might be a little skewed here as well.

It would be reasonable to assume he got the 1000x amp, as he still absorbed the power. Sure, it was needed as a catalyst, but the fact remains that he still absorbed that 1000x amp into himself, and we know brutz waves grant power, as later on, he gets that exact same power again after passing out and gets regenerated to full power. Needing the 1000x amp to push him into an oozaru doesn't mess up the scaling
i'll never understand why people find it confusing that SS4 vegeta is in the same realm of power as UFPSS4 goku. before king kai's training, vegeta was almost 54x stronger than goku in the saiyan saga, and that was with barely any training at all on vegeta's part. is it really shocking then that a transformation that's said to bring out all of your potential gives vegeta a much greater boost than goku?
Good stuff. The scaling is ridiculous. I can follow your logic for most of it but it was a bit of a stretch to say that parasyte baby gets a 50x multiplier as well as his host during super saiyan. It makes more sense if his power is a seperate addition regardless his hosts modifiers or abilities. Him not powering up with Trunks the first time he attempted to possess him being a indicator to that point. It also explains why he would force a transformation before attempting a new takeover. He was completely blindsided by Trunks' power up back then. Vegeta or Gohan might've been able to shunt him out in the same way if Baby hadn't drawn out and assessed their power before going in.

So, I would like your input on something I had just came across. When promoting Battle of Gods back in 2012, Toei Animation had stated that Battle of Gods “takes place between the blank period of Z and GT”. From what I can put together, Battle of Gods happens before the End of Z, then the End of Z happens, and then GT, as the “blank period” would be the times of piece. But it gets VERY confusing when you think about it more, imo. What do you think?
I'm pretty sure Toei is comparing Battle of Gods to both the anime and the manga in terms of timeline placement.
They said Battle of Gods takes place "between the animation series Z and GT" (or the Majin Buu and Black Star Arcs to make that statement make sense) and "... in other words from the blank decade between the end of the battle with Majin Buu in chapter 517 of the manga and chapter 518"
So I think they're just trying to explain the timeline placement by comparing it to the episodes of the DBZ and DBGT Anime and the original DB Manga.

ssj Goku and trunks were extremely powerful. At that point Trunks could have one shotted any form of BUU. I like to believe the Grade 4 lvl of ssj was achieved in GT.
I think what happened was the dragon balls themselves have goku their power. Think of it like this, When goku blocked the minus energy ball perhaps Shenron himself became a part of goku somehow hence why goku had to leave with Shanron because the two of them had become One. That would explain goku's power up because Omega Shenrons power was probably added to goku's after shenron did this.
1. Uub's potential could reach Kid Buu's. He's not there yet. There is no evidence of that.
2. Buuhan collapsing pocket dimensions is not a universe+ feat. He could destroy the universe over time, not in one attack. We can use this to say he was multi-galaxy at best, but he's more accepted to be powerful enough to destroy one galaxy. Portal hax doesn't equate to being universe+.
3. No. Destroying the support beams would be a wall or wall+ domino effect destroying that house. This doesn't mean you can destroy the house without targetting a weak point.
4. Black Star Saga is not multiversal.
5. We can't take claims of being able to destroy a universe seriously unless feats and power progression back that up. Otherwise, we'd have universal Second Form Frieza.
6. Rildo might be stronger than the weakest version of Buu, but there's no evidence to say he's above Kid Buu. In fact, Goku in a child form defeated him in without even needing to go SS3.
7. Why would Goku compare him to Mr. Buu? Because he likes comparing the power of his enemies with the power of his friends.
8. There is no evidence that Pan is powerful enough to take on Kid Buu while in base form. 20 minutes in, and I feel like I'm wasting my time.

My logic for why buuhan is stronger than kid buu is because ssj3 goku couldnt hold a candle to buuhan however he is able to fight kid buu on almost equal footing. Goku needed the potara to beat buuhan, however he denies the potara for the fight against kid buu because he felt like he didnt need it.
Yeah, logically it should be like that. But, like he explains in the video, the writers for the anime just didn't care about logic. They changed the rules for plot convenience, basically. That's why he considers Kid Buu as the strongest in this video.

They could sense each other from kais planet during the buu saga, if the power level was raised enough. According to what we know SSJ is x50.
I proposed that it should've rather been a (mostly) flat increase, big enough to make the first SSJ fight still work normally. I think Goku had 3m base back then, so SSJ could've been around +147m (or round up to +150m, doesn't change much), just not a x50, because as seen in this vid this escalates to stupid levels later with all the other comparisons.
Or maybe x2+120m or something less insane than the cannon x50.

I’m grateful for channels like you who shed light on GT & it’s power scale . I’ve been saying it but if GT was cannon they’d be farrrr stronger than super . I still like to believe in my own head canon that SS4 is the strongest form .
I like your video but I think you messed up. You don’t really give any good reasons why you think power levels after an extended time or peace would increase so much. You’re also basing your theories off of bad info. Uub at the end of Z was no where near as powerful as Kid Buu and base Goku is no where near SSJ3. Goku wants to train him to bring out the real power. Also there’s no reason to assume training Uub would make Goku significantly stronger than he was in the Buu saga. And the biggest thing you missed is that Goku is intentionally NERFED in GT when he becomes a kid and has to relearn how to use his transformations and abilities as a child. It’s not until the Baby saga do powerlevels start to return to Buu saga levels and finally surpass them. A more accurate representation of power levels Buu saga through GT would be to use the old score CCG/TCG cards.
He totally botched Goten's statement about Baby's power being above the possessed humans that Goten just defeated (a common mistake, granted, since this pseudo-fact is parroted an awful lot in the community) and just assumed it meant that teen Baby > Boo. So he ended up with Goten a bazillion times stronger than everyone and everything, including Goku. Which just doesn't compute. Then he forgot to mention that Goten needs to be saved by Trunks against Yakon in the Super 17 arc. I felt like Gordon Ramsey in one of those TikTok videos in which he comments on cooks slowly turning normal ingredients into glorious messes.
Video would work great if it was a thought experiment titled "what numbers do we get if we consistently apply the most hyperbolic spin possible on a few selected statements", though.

So I just started the video and I'd like to point out a bit of a flaw with your maths (apologies if you've already been made aware of this) if Goku got 400X stronger in 10 years, and we're using that as a base to judge how much stronger he would get in 5 years, then 200X stronger doesn't work at all, as that would imply that if he had 5 more years that he'd only get 2X stronger than that in those additional 5 years as apposed to the 200X jump he got in the first 5, instead to find how much stronger Goku would get in half the time we should use the square root of 400, not 400 cut in half, which would be 20, not 200, as that gives room for Goku to theoretically get 20X stronger again in an additional 5 years to achieve the total growth of 400X

Yeah because in 5 Years of the 10 Year Timeskip, he should be around x200 Stronger since Buu Saga. 7.5 Years after Buu = x300 Stronger. 10 Years = x400...

@@SaiyanScholar but that doesn't work... if Goku's power level is XBillion when fighting Uub, and assuming that 10 years of solid training results in a 400 multiplier of power, then after only 5 years, if you're correct and power is multiplied by 200, making power after 5 years 200XBillion, then are you claiming that if he had another 5 years of training that Goku's power would only increase from 200XBillion to 400XBillion? Why would his growth slow down that much all of a sudden? Let me put it another way, 400/400 is 1, obviously, well 10 years = about 3650 days, 3650/400 = 9, roughly, which means with 9 days of solid training Goku's power would... remain the exact same, there would be no increase, that's how the math would work out with the model you're suggesting, do you at least understand what I'm trying to say? I guess I'll just drop it after this if you don't understand, but as far as I'm concerned, Goku would only be 20X stronger after 5 years, if we're basing that off of Goku getting 400X stronger in 10, that's the logical conclusion, unless there's some factor altering the calculations, which you did not present in the video, which is why I'm claiming that 200 doesn't work.

I think it’s the way people train to get stronger, also I don’t think Sayia-Jin’s before they were destroyed, trained much, maybe practice, but not to an extent.
Goku, after a zenkai and training for 3 days went from a power of 8,000 to a power of 90,000. Not to mention Goku and Gohan went from being weaker than the androids to being near the power, or even surpassing the power of perfect Cell in less than a year. Keep in mind, they stepped out of the time chamber early.
Another thing of note, Vegetas statements in the Saiyan Saga mentioned that once a Saiyan was born at a certain level, that could never change no matter how much you trained. Vegeta didn't train because he thought he was the best around. Freeza didn't train because he thought he was the best around. Cell didn't train because of the sake thing. And the same goes for:
Zamasu, Baby (stealing a body or becoming immortal)
Moro (didn't need to)
Omega
The most dangerous opponents thus far in the Super Manga are so dangerous BECAUSE they found the need to train.

I don't understand why people reference the Daizenshuu books as if they are 100% fact. They were written by people that only worked with Toriyama previously, not written or even verified by Toriyama himself.
