Kinda dumb to have a plan like that and then add that and not offer a way for a customer to pay more to remove that cap maybe? $52/mo all taxes and fees included gets me unlimited priority LTE, unlimited hotspot at full speed and it just works. Thats my AT&T line. I get 250-280Mbps Down, 60-80Mbps Up at home with AT&T when I only get 3G and spotty service with US Cellular. (US Cellular still operates their 3G network with a full 5x5Mhz B5 or B2 deployment because their LTE gaps are so wide. In my case, 3G is faster than LTE on US Cellular) My secondary line is an old US Cellular unlimited plan with 100GB priority, then throttles to 1Mbps. The downside- US Cellular has garbage in-network coverage in 3/4 of their market and don't pay for any level of priority with roaming except on AT&T.

However, a business should NEVER sell something to a customer and then change the terms on them after a few months.
1mbps is actually decent to be fully honest and I'd use it. 30-70kbps of 2g speed is slow. Music takes like 6 seconds to start up and may stutter but I've used a 512kb connection and I was able to load music and watch 240 to 360p video which isn't horrible.

I've had us mobile for quite some time. Can't get over 15m download speed ever. Streams @ 1080P when it seems to want to work. If it was more expensive I'd be jumping ship but it's cheap enough to deal with it.
That's a Verizon problem then. I constantly get 100+ in a lot of areas. Ping was low too 20-40ms average. US Mobile doesn't handle the towers, it's Verizon. So, you either have bad coverage or your area is badly congested.
@@R3YNZ had Verizon before us mobile and the speed was much better video was capped at 480P but everything seemed to load fine. Used about 60 gba a month prior down to 35 on us mobile now
@@jessewarren9177 that's what I'm saying. If you had a better experience with Verizon is because Verizon has priority over US Mobile. Your area is probably congested, so the network will prioritize VZW customers first and what's left goes to US Mobile and other VZW MVNOs.
NVNO'S pay by the gig. 75gb at 25.00 a month is absolutely more than fair. Others spend more money and go elsewhere. Now someone will speak up and say they can't get or can't afford a broadband connection. That's not US Mobile issue. They have to make money. Again 75gb is a lot of data and more than fair!
1 mbps is much better and faster than the 2G or 128kbps most companies drop you to after you go over your allotted amount. My worry is that it'll eventually get dropped down more to maybe 2G, which stinks.

Not the 75 GB is not enough but couldn’t they have done this after they delivered on their promises. I mean come on no Wi-Fi calling this is pretty much an industry standard. Plus I have a few towers that are so congested I’m starting to even wonder if this super LTE on Verizon is even worth it anymore
Been my 1st month with them, things are so deprioritized. I’m from a rural area where Verizon and US Cellular use to be the only carriers now atleast T-Mobile has 5G here not sure about AT&T and the others don’t. I even went to a bigger city and on the Super LTE plan on 5G speeds were very slow, I’m talking like 3mbps or less

@@artdogg50 practically? You gotta wait 5 to 10 seconds for somthing to send and much more to download/play XD the carriers really need to rethink the bandwidth limit for the cap to 500kbps

@Stetson Doggett I know you talk to the founder time and again. Here is my feedback as a recent subscriber of USMobile. For multiple lines, I cannot add the names of the individual line owners. On my previous prepaid service, I was allowed to. This means, as a primary holder, my name is on the account, and if something happens to me, the remaining people on the account may not be able to make changes. Best solution for this is to allow you to enter the name /email of secondary line holders, so they can take control and leave the family without getting authorization from primary. Alternatively, require a separate account per line and then allow formation of groups with limited size (or maybe unlimited size) Ideally, everyone should follow Visible's lead and throw away different price per line depending on group size. If Visible offered limited tiers for less than $30, I would go with them. Honestly, even at $30, it might be better to go with Visible given they have truly unlimited and hotspot included.
For five bucks more I get double the High Speed Data and 24/7 tech support via the phone. 100 GB, I don't need a hotspot since I have FIOS WiFi Internet.
That is disappointing. This along with Verizon's terrible approach to "nationwide" 5g, will keep me on Magenta Max. Visable has the 2 server issue with high ping so that is not really an option either. I don't use 75+ gigs very often at all, but as you said, unfilled promises.
Depends on how congested. Fiber has 200 to 500 homes on a 1 Gbps backhaul. Doesn't matter what package you have. If you don't believe it, price a dedicated 1 Gbps fiber. You'll pay $800 to $2400 per month depending on how far you are from a major data center. I build ISP networks.
Nothing new here, same old story: a few greedy folks ruin it for the rest of us. I use US Mobile, but the GSM LTE T-Mobile service as Verizon is terrible in my area, and a 30 GB plan because I know "unlimited" is never truly unlimited and I like to know exactly what I'm getting.
What you should do is intentionally hit the limits on some of these limited "unlimited" plans, to compare the speeds and usability of each plan after you exceed your usage

@@StetsonDoggett yes thats why im not switching at all. Tmobile has been pretty good here in the NYC tri state area! The only thing i hate is that Tmobile Prepaid doesnt allow u to use the Tmobile app
I'm fine with 75GB as long as it's not slowed during that 75GB.
Would this work in a iPad
Visible kills off the competitionn
I dont support carriers that do this, which means I'll be taking my 4 US Mobile lines elsewhere. Between my 4 lines, I tally up around 200GB a month, which means that I would probably be okay on the modded plan. However, a business should NEVER sell something to a customer and then change the terms on them after a few months.
Stetson I applause you 👏 keep bringing videos like this one with the raw honest true even if is not what people want to hear.
they need to offer the 75gb plan on the gsm network
That would be great!
Absolutely, id switch in a heartbeat
In my area Verizon rules over all but for me personally the TMOBILE Network works much better.
Oh I didn't catch that part. Guess I'm gonna have to edit my post. 🤦🏿♂️
I am okay with the 75gb cap just put it on both networks.
If people are hot spotting for 1tb for internet... It shows there are problems with internet access
2021: Postpaid priority on Verizon
2022: US Mobile shuts down
😂
I saw you on twitter about this video and I was waiting
Guys, just curious, what is the Best Cell phone Srvices Plans for Unlimited?
Honestly 1mbps is a lot better than anything else I've heard. As long as it actually is 1mbps lol.
I agree! I’ll see if I can test this.
@@StetsonDoggett we’ll be waiting for that video. Test it on the super LTE and GSM ..Keep the nice work 👍 I like ur videos bro 😎 😎
1mbps is actually decent to be fully honest and I'd use it. 30-70kbps of 2g speed is slow. Music takes like 6 seconds to start up and may stutter but I've used a 512kb connection and I was able to load music and watch 240 to 360p video which isn't horrible.
Currently such a kind of limit does not bother me. What does 75 GB of data actually mean in practice? What does 1 GB of data mean in practice?
I love us mobile I believe it is one of the best family plan Options out there And the price cannot be beat for 3 plus lines
I left mint mobile for the unlimited plan.. debating on going back now.
Visible is also a good option.
I’m glad I moved to Visible.
It's okay as long as you aren't in congested areas. When I go to Gatlinburg TN I can't even get Google maps to work
I used to have Verizon prepaid and switched to US Mobile and now I am not seeing the 5G icon now. Before the 5G icon did show...does anyone else have that issue?
I'm glad i didn't switch to USMobile.
75 gigs is fair but they really gotta work on thier billing system. The whole billing scenario is a cluster phuck.
Yeah I agree. I have 2 lines, and they each get billed different days of the month and the autopay comes as much as 2 or 3 days early
@@dreamquotes i dont mind autopaying a few days early, but i do mind on being overbilled and then i have to chase my money down.
@@R3YNZ they lock us on the congested bands. I'm on visible and it never locks on band 4 or 2. Very seldom on band 66
I bought Amazon prime us mobile plan but nobody sent me promo code recommendation from you?!?!
So, what do you think about the 100gb plan with 50gb ofHotspot??
Does it sound like a deal?
Honestly, I’m not disappointed. 75gb is more than enough also 1mbps speed cap is more than usable for most tasks on a phone.
Right Spotify and map works at the same time still 🤣
1 mbps is much better and faster than the 2G or 128kbps most companies drop you to after you go over your allotted amount. My worry is that it'll eventually get dropped down more to maybe 2G, which stinks.
how about a video comparing international calling?
ultra mobile vs tello
is there another competitor??
has anyone noticed very slow internet with US mobile in a bit crowded places ? if so, which company has better speed ?
What’s the speed limit on Verizon after deprioritation?
I’m away from home for a couple months, and my phone is my entertainment. 12 mini’s screen is kinda small so I hotspot my data to a bigger device.
Definitely have been using way beyond 75GB/month.
Do you think Visible may potentially go this route? Or are they not paying per GB?
Visible has a 5 Mbps download on the hotspot. But it does ok if you don't have too big of a screen.
No Wi-Fi is insane to me especially since they offer so much more with their unlimited plan. International features are incredible
I looked at the network id number for visible and us mobile..they were identical. Where I live visible is pretty good however when I go towards Gatlinburg Tennessee I can't even use Google maps..
Switch sims then use the T-mobile one
thanks
I'm still trying to figure out the latency and speed using any MVNO on Verizon.
It doesn’t affect at all I only use 8 to 12 gb a month and I get better speeds than visible
That's great to hear, Gerardo! US Mobile is still a great carrier.
I have us mobile..I don't use that much data anyway
.
If you use 75gb a month you need to go to home Depot, buy a chain, attach it to your head, and pull it out your ass😂
I see a lot of comments blaming people who were using what they paid for to the fullest. Yet, nobody's blaming the company for unethical marketing practices.
I agree this is not the users fault us mobile is punished there users for there own mistake and that's not right.
I wish I was the 0.1% of the rich people, I guess I'll have to settle with to much data usage.
1Mbps
Personally, that's not bad
It really isn't. The standard for most is 2G, which is practically unusable.
@@artdogg50 practically?
You gotta wait 5 to 10 seconds for somthing to send and much more to download/play XD
the carriers really need to rethink the bandwidth limit for the cap to 500kbps
Does U.S. Mobile have standalone tablet plans?
You can use any of US Mobile’s plans in a tablet. The data-bucket plans are great options.
For people travelling and using RVs or motorhomes this is their only option for home internet sadly, guess Visible is now the only option but their ping is atrociously high over 100 milliseconds
I have the unlocked Verizon s10 5g and I'm only getting 4g and I have super lte and I out my unlocked pixel 4a 5g on the super lte sim card and I still get 4g and I'm paying for the 5g plan. I wonder when will 5g be available for super LTE. I wonder if the $10 fee for adding hotspot affect the data 75gb cap. Hopefully us mobile will support sub 6 for 5g. I have mostly android phones that use sub 6 5g.
Why not just charge those people extra?
Great info thanks
Don’t think I ever got the email
Verizon's LTE home internet is not available in my state at all, so sadly it's not an option for a lot of people especially ones with motorhomes or RVs
Customers were abusing no surprise.
This is some big news. 🌲
75GB is a lot of data to be offering and people need to take advantage of it.
I was just about to switch thank goodness I checked with you first. This plan is now inferior to Visible.
I use my phone almost all day and I barely use 20 gb a month
I use 20 GB uploading one video
@@Bryan-Hensley downloading would definitely change my usage. This month streaming all day basically I used a whopping 60 gb this month. But yeah for someone that downloads that can be an issue . So I'm more speaking on I guess basic usage .
Verizon Get More plan listening update your data 50g There is always a few the ruin it for all.
Verizon needs match t mobile and att with unlimited priority data add more streaming service is nice that will only work for so long Verizon know users want unlimited priority data but they refuse to do it very frustrating because I would love to test Verizon also but I waiting til the upgrade to unlimited priority data before I test there network
US Mobile sucks, they state on their site that hotspot is included but then tell you its not, then remove it from the site, then their esim setup doesnt work complaining that my IMEI isnt compatible even though the agents on their chat say that the IMEI is compatible, then the app wont let me sign in.
I disagree with what they done here If they can't give me unlimited deprioritized data on my phone they are not an option for me trash!
No one is seeing 1 Mbps after 75 GB. They’re seeing half of that. All the same results.
Wait so my metro slows down i think at 35gb. Im unlimited. I think ill switch
Yeah it's definitely a better deal than that.
Definitely a better deal, US Mobile unlimited is $45 for one line, and $30 per line for two. 75 gb cap is better than most for this price
After 75 gb the speed its ridiculous. 05mb
So true I can't do anything
@Stetson Doggett
I know you talk to the founder time and again.
Alternatively, require a separate account per line and then allow formation of groups with limited size (or maybe unlimited size)
Ideally, everyone should follow Visible's lead and throw away different price per line depending on group size.
If Visible offered limited tiers for less than $30, I would go with them. Honestly, even at $30, it might be better to go with Visible given they have truly unlimited and hotspot included.
They could have lowered the video resolution instead of capping customers.
Is boost using att?
Wish they had made it 100 gigs.
Now that Visible has the Visible Plus plan, we finally have the better version of this plan.
For five bucks more I get double the High Speed Data and 24/7 tech support via the phone. 100 GB, I don't need a hotspot since I have FIOS WiFi Internet.
@@rockvilleraven No, Visible is truly unlimited.
@@davidempire4874 Wrong, the plus plan only has 50GB of premium data before it get deproritized.
@@rockvilleraven But will not be slowed down to 2G speeds, so in a way, it's truly unlimited.
The 30 dollar plan is unlimited depriotization.
That is disappointing. This along with Verizon's terrible approach to "nationwide" 5g, will keep me on Magenta Max. Visable has the 2 server issue with high ping so that is not really an option either. I don't use 75+ gigs very often at all, but as you said, unfilled promises.
Fiber to the home + Wifi way better than any "unlimited" 5G wireless plan.
Do they have wifi calling for Verizon yet?
Not yet. If you want Wi-Fi calling on Verizon, consider other options.
Family mobile = 200gb limit
