Late night is by far louder but Apple has to get their shit together and quit putting volume limits on their earbuds. A lot of people wish they could just get a little more volume out of their 230 dollar earbuds👍
Lol AirPods are unimpressibly loud... my beats were so loud I had them at a little more than half volume all the time and very rarely full volume, my AirPods are maybe half as loud when they’re full volume compared to the beats (Studio Wireless) at about 3/4s volume

One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.
guys, if you guys don’t find music in setting it is because the app is not downloaded on the device! Go to your home screen and find the app music, if there is a cloud with an arrow in it that means that you just need to tap it, and then it will download again! This sounds stupid most likely your speaker has moved. Take the AirPod that’s quieter and clean in it and suck the speaker back in place
Mine does the exact same thing, both sides, it’s super quiet and no base on main speaker, but the back and the sides sound amazing
