One of the things that has helped me to live a low-waste/simple life is to do what the zero waste people do and add REFUSE to Reduce, Reuse & Recycle.
If I never bring it into my house/life, I do not have to deal with managing it later.
Easier said than done sometimes, as I am not a big consumer/shopper = but I love me some sales and thrift stores.

I've never heard of adding 'refuse;' I love that! And yes, what you say is so true- it's easier if it doesn't come in in the first place!❤

Purely aesthetic…I wish I’d asked for a coat of kilz before painting. The pine knots bled through the paint after a year or so.

Oh, no! How did I miss this comment? I appreciate you watching, and yes! Those pine knots are pesky...😅

Our tiny was towed 1,400km and our biggest mistake was going cheap on the towing company. We definitely got what we paid for in terms of service and care. Having said that, if we had to pay the price we were quoted by the most reputable company that specialises in tiny towing, we may not have bought our tiny. The additional (substantial) amount would have tipped the upfront cost out of reach. So it worked out, but if you can afford to go with a company that specialises in tiny towing I would recommend!

How did I not see this until now?😅 Thanks for watching, Kathy! I'm glad your tiny journey worked out in the end. And yes! A good towing company is so important, but also, I feel you, those additional costs can add up!
