Every one have problems and stress in life. There are people who go to govt hospital and there are people who go to luxury hospitals. There are children who study in low fees schools and there are some whi study in high fees schools. There is always someone who is higher or lower than you. That doesn't qualify anyone to decide not to have children, in the same way problems in life doesn't mean you can kill yourself.

Every generation has work stress. Previous generation had even more problems, less social security, medicine was not this advanced, no formal education(not to say schools).
Its not someones need that a person to have kids. Being a parent in itself is rewarding.
1. Find a right partner ( similar and compatible to you in all walks of your life. )
2. Have frequent checkup with gp and gynaec and rectify if any issues. Freeze eggs.
3. Have a good lifestyle. Keep your intimacy in check with your partner. Understand each other well.
4. Whenever you both are ready to take that big step of becoming parents(apart from any external pressure), plan it accordingly. Consider finance, mental health, initial supports available, career challenges.
5. Consult doctor and take folic acid and know your ovulation date. Try to conceive. But don't stress out.
God bless and you will conceive., else try and check with doctors. Still you have your beautiful life ahead. Live peacefully with or without child. ❤

It seems that this doctor isn't empathetic to her patients. She is setting templates and asking people to fit into that, irrespective of their psychological distress or financial situation. Excuses like back pain or smell are signs of some underlying fears. It should have been addressed empathetically by a doctor.

Doctor is still living in 19th century. Doctor can blame because she is a doctor who earns a lot of money as she is also a business owner. Her clients are mostly rich people. So she is generalising the people from what she sees everyday. Look at normal people who have to work, earn and have responsibilities. These days we need a lot of money to run a family and take care of kids and their needs. It is impossible in middle class and lower class. Also health issues are higher in these days as more women are working these days to meet the ends and they get health issues from sitting in a chair for a whole day or working in normal shifts. They get literally tired when they hit home. Doctor doesn't understand the job stress, financial stress and family stress. Not everyone has helping maids to help at home or parents at home to help them. People have loans to repay, people have health issues and hospital bills are huge. School fees are high. This lady is comparing rich celebrities with normal people. This doctor needs some counselling.. Madam you need to step down from your tower and walk among normal people to understand their life, needs, issues and more. Very Bad observation, Doctor 👎.
I see many comments about her being regressive, unempethetic etc. I feel she is not generalising. She is talking about couples who come to her for treatment/IVF being an infertility specialist and she blame them because they come for IVF without having proper frequent sex. It is an individual choice to have children or not. But if you are planning dont delay to 35+ and wait for “well settled” to have children and go for treatment even without ‘trying’ properly.. Hope criticisers get her point.
