As a gamer myself playing for the past 15 years, I want to say I totally get you.
You want a desk that you can customize its soul.
Yeah!
Like, we want a desk that can have LED lighting for the cool night affect.
It has to Look epic.
And next level features are a must.
Features like:
Monitor elevation, cup holders, and smooth material with awesome colors.
Also, It definitely has to fit at least a dual monitor or 3 right? Of course.
You want an L-shaped gaming desk, that when your done customizing, you will want to sleep in front of all day and night.
One that you will feel proud of showing to others, especially if you are looking for more views in your streaming.
You're getting excited, aren't you?
Wait until you actually see the options.
So what about these 7 options?
I handpicked the best 7 options with a focus on price, features, and looks.
And when I say handpicked.
I mean, I looked at more than 500 different options, then narrowed them down to 50.

Are L-shaped desks good for gaming?
L-shaped desks are great for gaming. Actually, they are better than the standard rectangular shaped desk. This is because they allow you to control more space at the same time, without having to move your chair around to reach for things. L-shaped desks also provide a high amount of space and storage for monitors, computer towers as well as cable management capabilities. Overall, an L-shaped desk will cost cheaper and give you more space with more quality.

Now the hard part, which one to buy... 🤔😫
The issue with most of these is if you want to mount things under the edge of your desk, you cant because of the metal support frame below the wood. So keep that in mind when purchasing! (I.e usb hubs, CP panels for audio, ect.)
YES THATS WHAT IM RUNNING INTO ON ALMOST ALL DESKS! just got a monitor mount for a triple monitor set up... and the bar is in the way on everything.
@@n0xxm3rcyxx I'd suggest looking into standard tables/ desks from IKEA then getting whatever legs you want with them and that way you can tailor the size to fit your space as well as giving plenty of room for under desk mounting :)
@@N3WH0R1Z0NS yeah the only issues is we dont have an IKEA store anywhere close to here. So I go to these box stores and they want over 400 for basic desks.

Does the respawn desk come with a monitor stand mounted on it or do you have to install it yourself?

When you receive the desk, it will be in parts and you will have to install all of them to get the final Respawn desk.
So yes you will have to install it, but it will be very simple, and installing the shelf will take you 3minutes tops.

It is not just a single desk, It is a combination of the Ikea desks.
A table on one side, and a Table top + Drawers on the other side.
Im not sure of the exact sizes, But its just 2 tables from ikea combined with drawers!

That setup is using a Combination of IKEA Table tops + Ikea legs, and on the left you have the Ikea Drawers.
Its a custom build, But its pretty simple. Just pop to ikea, Get the table top sizes you like, Get some legs, Get a set of Drawers ( the one that is the same height as the legs, And you are good to go!

I see your predicament,
Maybe you can try sticking the Router/Modem on one of the sides of the desk, it could give it a cool interesting look to it.
As for the wiring, I think it will be a little tricky, but try take advantage of the fact that the desk has boards covering the back of it.

Or you could buy an L Shaped desk + A normal desk.

However, one thing you can do is, buy a L-shaped gaming desk, and buy some Animation Matts instead. that will give you the same effect your are looking for while still having a gaming desk.

The desk in 1:43 Is a combo of 2 different IKEA Desks.
A normal Table with Ikea Legs + Another Tabletop with the drawer for legs on the left side, and more IKEA legs on the right side.
