The truck came out nice the black wheels look good on it. For being damp out it performed well. I live in the Santa Barbara area & we had a few days of good rain & bit of snow on the mountains. I went out today & on the boulders everything was ok but the steep slick rock sandstone area it was a different story. With wet tires & mud packed up it was a struggle but. I had the new Sendero truck out & it did well for being mostly stock just metal beadlocks & Proline Hyrax tires. It did make it up some very hard lines so I was happy with that till the next round of upgrades. I’m very interested in getting the Vanquish build kit. The price is right & would be nice to get another full custom rig in the fold.

Awesome intro, only thing missing was the sound of it bouncing off the rev limiter when climbing the hill with snow. My buddies 1st gen 4Runner lived on the limiter. Great build brother, awesome video as always.

Hahaha I saw a vid you posted a while back with your friends axial Capra and because you were impressed with it box stock, I had to get it! I guess what I’m trying to say is, thank you!! Hey Logan great job on the intro. I'm a metal head through and through but didn't mind the music. I actually thought it was cool because of the 80s truck and a somewhat 80s vibe on music. As Matt's hat says, can't please'em all... especially with backing tracks. Sweet build, and makes me question if I should go hard body with my new Phoenix kit. Their holiday deals were too much for me to resist 🙃

I'm building similar to this now and was wanting to keep my front stock shock towers but I can't seem to get body to set right was looking like I'm have to use shock keys and angle them back.

- Besides "LCG", why don't you raise your hard body an 1/8th of an inch, so you (don't) have to cut into your interior, plus you said the clearance of your tires, was not enough, so that makes sense to me.

Due to how the body mounts and the chassis itself. I don’t want the chassis bumper cross braces hanging down way below the truck body. I am going to put longer shock ends on the truck to slightly lift the suspension for a bit more clearance too
