Thanks for this! I'm thinking to add a thinned down wash of seraphim sepia, maybe 1:1 or 1:2 even, before doing the aggaros dunes and subsequent steps. Just to darken the yellow a little bit because I don't like it too bright, do you think that's a good idea?
Thank you for the answer, I was wondering one more thing. First you say you are recess shading with the agaross dunes mix but later you mention using it for creating dirt effects. Could you ellaborate a bit on this? Is the first coat for shading and then the second is more to stipple dirt?
Yellow has never looked better. Definitely going to use more of my imperial fist paint.
Cheers dude
Awesome video. I like that it’s relatively quick and accessible but also detailed and about getting something special - not just about speed
Thanks!
Yes Lloyd!, this looks ace mate
Thanks 👍🏻
Super helpful! Thank you! I've added this video to my favorites list!
Awesome thanks!
Awesome result 🤩👍🏻 and a very good step-by-step guide 😊
Yellow is by far the most difficult color to paint 🙈
Many thanks 😊
Thanks 👍🏻
This is an awesome straight forward weathering video :) I love doing rust :)

Stunning effect! Any plans on a future video of the rest of the big pig?
Possibly in the future - depends on the release schedule 🤔
@@ThePaintingCoach 🤞🏼…. Really appreciate your hard work on the tutorials.
Brilliant video. Out of curiosity what brushes do you use?
Thanks - Rosemary and Co Series 33 - should be a link in the description 👍🏻

I'd try it on a spare piece first to see if you like it - I'm not a massive fan of seraphim sepia

Yes exactly 👍🏻
Imperial Fist really is the new secret weapon for vibrant yellow. It's like they stuffed ten pounds of pigment into a five pound bag.
It's great - bad moon yellow too
Is lyanden yellow darker/redder than if yellow?
Yes - it also doesn't cover as well and can be quite blotchy
a transparent yellow ink would work as a replacement of the imperial fists yellow here, if you cant be bothered paying premium prices for GW contrasts
