Here is the problem I have and I love the information. How are you supposed to message the hiring manager it only gives u maybe 5 a month with premium LinkedIn. And if you enclose a message with a connect request they only allow you a couple sentences. I agree sending a message to recruiters is important but i do not see anyway to send that detailed of a message. I hope i am just messing something.

Also does being very honest direct help me in this case should i first talk about it before they coming to know ? Are there any good books on this subject to know more ...

Id suggest signing up for a premium free trial and maximizing the time you spend on the app during that period to get what you need.

Map out your search strategy then consider getting LinkedIn premium for one month
