Repurposing land in NZ is near impossible, you can't get a cost for it before you start so how can you do an effective economic analysis. Lot at starting a new flower nursery, council basically said keep paying consultants until we think we won't get in any trouble in the future.
David Seymour has the intelligence of all of those questioning him at the meeting. The best way to move forward is by being courageous and transparent. I look forward to see Act in full speed ahead in New Zealands future. He the one to get us out of the waste of spending money for nothing like some other political parties that really still havent a clue.

Duncan Webb has nothing to say, really - quibbling over the definition of regulation - completely ignoring the issue. Duncan, the Minister understands his brief - he provided you with a definition (which you don't seem to like). Clearly, regulatory influence has probably advantaged some in society over the rest of us. Is Duncan so afraid of parliament actually imposing regulatory standards on the public service? The last Labour government was critically negligent in this regard. Love the "game theory" references ... David is clearly a "systems thinker".
