(Spey Fishing) Epic Battle Swinging FLIES For Big Chum Salmon.

In this video three friends are in search of Pacific Northwest chum salmon on the swung fly. We were using spey rods , sink tips and flies to hook these beautiful Tiger Salmon. Chum salmon AKA dog salmon can be very aggressive towards a swung fly.
These chum salmon are very hard fighting and will put you into your backing in a heart beat. Chum salmon are not the best table fare. This catch and release fishery is only for 15 days out of the year. As always thanks for watching now get out there and explore to find those fish.
