Can also use a lighter, very carefully, to heat up the bees wax, allowing it to "flow" into all the threads. It will cool and are solidify, thus sealing all threads

I had severe bubbling on my Iwata HP CS. There are three very, very small holes in the head piece that direct the air over the fluid nozzle. These were plugged by super small flecks of dried paint. These holes are small enough that my wife’s smallest sewing needle is too big. The cleaning kit that I got off Amazon has a very pointed pick that I used to clean them out. Works perfectly now.
So, I guess teamed with the very excellent info in this video maybe someone will be able to solve their issues thx for a great video

Wow another problem solved I wondered what the bees wax was for I bought the Iwata cleaning kit and there is a tube of bees wax in there and I never knew what is was for !! Thank you again for another question I had!! As always awesome video and awesome channel can’t wait till your next lesson my friend !

I keep seeing that Iwata tool is not designed for the Eclipse brush, but the I see people use it on the Eclipse a lot (I know you didn’t use an Eclipse in this demonstration). What is your experience with that?

This trick works very well. Please note, it seems preferable to use quality beeswax, therefore pure, preferably obtained from a beekeeper.
I purchased it a year ago in small ingot form from a local beekeeper, for just a few dollars and have been happy with it for use on my screw-on nozzle airbrushes.
It seems to me that it is a plus when it is necessary to work at low pressure.
The Badger firm already mentioned the use of beeswax in the instructions for its Badger 150 models more than 30 years ago, to reassemble the head nozzle (my first airbrush, is still in perfect condition!).
Yes to using a lighter flame but with great caution, just a few brief passes of a flame not too close, are enough.
I also use beeswax on nozzle cap threads, and even air hoses connected to the compressor, when I have doubts about a perfect seal.
