It's better to become an investment banker after mba in Finance than going for lowest ranking retail banking. She should go for mba and if she likes BFSI then she must go for Investment banking. It's better to get a 40 LPA Investment banking job in the entry level than an 6 LPA job in retail banking.

They cant throw you out, you wont leave the job they know this and only way to get you work is through insults and pressure. Unrealistic targets and only responsibility to develop new business is on Branch heads. Executive sitting in regional office and head office do nothing but insulting followup on phone for everything. They wont go out in field for marketing or recovery. If I had money to close my loan acconts tomorrow I will leave this job.

Grade B...apart from salary you will have so many benefits like
60k around for leased accomodation
1lakh per year per child for education ( only for two children).
Most of a man's salary goes here only. You are getting for free
