I sometimes forget how beautiful our country is. People always say we don’t have a summer, or it’s always cold, and wet and depressing but it really isn’t. Our love our British Summers. Especially when you go somewhere like that that can be mistaken for The Costas, or the med. Absolutely stunning views and weather. As long as it doesn’t start getting TOO hot I love it.
If you get the right day it's the best place in the world! Just could do with a few more right days...

It’s a wonderful feeling spending a day on the water swimming, tubing or paddle boarding and listening to good music. The combination of the sun, wind , brisk water and exercise among friends in the natural setting of a body of water in a comfortable boat is just amazing. I think this is my favourite so far. Just watching you and your friends living your beast life, that feeling of euphoria when your listening to Don Henley and feeling like ‘this is as good as it gets’! Good on you Nick, keep enjoying life to the full.

Also, I love your boat, I love affordable boats. Either a bit newer and just not so big or luxurious or older and a bit rough around the edges are my favourite. I also have this weird thing about vintage luxury, mid 40s - 50s and beyond but especially late 70s to early 2000s.

Paddle boarding is enjoyable, but getting the paddle board inflated all attachments, attached just as enjoyable.

Lovely ! We went out last Wednesday - best day of the year so far, just to Oddicombe & around the bay, nice sea swim & lunch, makes life worth while ! - scabbacombe is a lovely bay, been there many times with the family, usually sheltered and quiet - enjoy !

My wife and I love watching boats. We had a few drinks and a meal last week at Conwy Marina on holiday. We watched a Predator 50 getting fuelled up a few yards away like we were watching a film on Netflix.👍
Very brave leaving your Display on the boat whilst you did the fish and chip run!!!! :) Another lovely day and more great Eurofighter footage! Perfect. It was such an agile aircraft because it was inherently unstable and could only fly with the use of automatic avionics computers assisting the pilot. Without the computers it would drop out of the sky like a brick - no gliding in this aircraft!! Thanks once again for sharing this special moments with us.

If I had the money for a boat, I’d have one like Nick’s - the superyachts with crew don’t float my boat, a daytripper or weekender you can handle yourselves, and nipping in for fish and chips or a curry somewhere in the evening seems just delightful!

There is a pub near to me which offers paddle boards for hire. The idea of a paddle board and alcohol not a sound one but then Aquaholic!!
Reminds me of me in lake Michigan back in the day with my Sundancer and my buddy Mike with his Bayliner out of Milwaukee WI USA!!! Good Lord the antics we got into!

Great video - we had a similar day out during rhe lovely weather we juat had. In fact, we bought our boat off the back of one of your reviews - its a Fletcher 19gts. A few years old of course, but to quote a clever man, "If you're floating you're boating"😉

The British south coast is completely underrated - hard to beat when the weather is good, rare though that might be.
Never had fresh fish and chips on a boat. On a lovely day by the shore. How very nice. What a great day, what recreational boating is all about. You’ll have me looking at second hand boat advertisements at this rate..

Lovely day out Nick………. How I miss such days on the River Crouch, from our base at Burnham (namesake 🙂), one day as I wind down on work, would love to scratch that itch again…….. round into the Thames, Sarfend 🤣 that there London, the Medway……. or out through the ever growing wind farm to the Maunsell Forts at Red Sands etc
Till then my only release is SpongeBob, my Excel 330 with its ludicrous powered Johnson 2.5 AKA the Egg Whisk 🤣😂

This video brings back so many memories - Thatcher rock and Kilmorrie as the backdrop to your day at Meadfoot. No doubt the ice cream van was parked up in the car park!. Dartmouth looked a picture as you ventured along the Dart. Such happy memories and one day soon I shall return to spend my later years in Stoke Gabriel. Thank you for bringing these memories back to life.
