35 years ago, this dude told me he was homeless….walking down the street.
He noticed a guy mowing his lawn. He went to him, said that he was starving for food.
The guy was Alice Cooper. He said Alice invited him inside his house etc etc.
Cooper said he crossed paths with Jim Morrison. That’s long long ago !

Jan. 15 1972 I saw the Killer show at the Spectrum in Philly. I was 15. On Halo of Flies Alice sang these words..."But Diamonds Are Forever and I will smash Haloes of Flies". My first concert was Alice Cooper( original lineup Alice Cooper Band!)in 1971...I was 10! I also got my first electric guitar and proceeded to learn all of Killer,Love it to death,Schools out by slowing down my turntable. Basically my guitar influences started with the Alice Cooper Bands 2 guitar players up until I discovered Skynyrd and then Nugent,Double Live Gonzo. I've now been playing 51 years. Sure wish you tube was around when I started playing. The new players don't know how lucky they are, with you tube and the quality of entry level guitars! Keep Rocking!

Since you love the Goes To Hell album, you might like this. The entire ending of the song, "Wish You Were Here," is lifted verbatim from the song, "Stage Door Queen" by Ursa Major, one of Dick Wagner's past bands/albums. That's why he has a co-writing credit on the song. When I learned that I immediately went to Amazon to see if by chance it was still in print on CD, and it was. Listen to the song and there are only tiny hints early on, but roughly two minutes and twenty seconds in it is exactly the same as the instrumental section at the end of "Wish You Were Here." Wagner said he discussed it with Bob Ezrin, and they thought it would be a cool Easter egg to plant in the song to see how many people would recognize it.

@@offthecharts2272 I think a lot has to do w when someone got into him.
I got into him in the 70s
Actually 76 right after kiss ,just like you my favorites are kiss and Cooper right there a little behind.
I notice that people for example that got into him like during MTV (not always) but most time tend to have a nostalgia for later stuff.or like if someone got into him during brutal planet or along came a soldier their taste will be different.
I love your top 3 ranking too many times people put Goes to hell really low on their list ,I almost prefer it over welcome to my nightmare now cause i played the hell out of nightmare and when I got older I appreciated the other ballads even more like wake me gently.
I always love I never cry.
I think goes to hell sometimes is my favorite solo album of his.
My first album I ever got of Alice was Billion and I love the band the best.
But I was 9 in 76 and goes to hell was the first new album at the time that I bought.
Killer was always number one in my list for decades,it’s so raw and insanely diverse, from halo to desperado and the sickness of you drive me crazy to dead babies.
But I went back to the first Cooper album I ever bought,Billion. Like you I love the deep cuts so much ,raped and freezin, unfinished suite, and the criminally underrated generation landslide.
I never get sick of the title track or even no more mr nice guy (Believe it or not)
And I love the dead is creepy AF ,used to scare the crap out of me when I was a kid and his singing on it still gives me chills.
Hello and elected never get old either! Haha
Yeah it’s a little over produced the album,it’s slick compared to killer but it’s so fkn Iconic. Killer ,Billion,Schools are like interchangeable ha
Thanks so much for the list.
It was fun,I had a drink w you while I watched haha

So from Pretties for You until Trash, I learned of him all in one shot... all eras at the same time... I loved the Brutal Planet era when it came out, but to me did not age well... as for his newer stuff, i absolutely love "Eyes of AC" and "W2MN"... i always try and keep an open mind with new releases also... and yeah, i LOOOOVE the feel of GOes to Hell more than I do WTMN... maybe because Goes to Hell isnt as popular... and I tend to gravitate towards albums ppl dont give a chance on rather than mass popular ones... :) (which is kinda what my channel name means with OFF the charts) :) Thank you for the lovely comments on my channel and myself! :) MUCH appreciated!
