- In the recent 2.1 Special Progam for Honkai: Star Rail, the Hoyoverse team answered some questions about things fans want to see in the game. One of these questions was about when March 7th will transform like her Express companions, the Trailblazer and Dan Heng.
The answer we got in response from Honkai series writer Shaoji was really interesting and hinted at March getting some kind of new system in 2024. What could this new system be for March 7th? We have a few ideas.

People are saying she wont be switching paths at all but instead be powering up with her remembering how to use weapons she used to use. She may be a master at every weapon and will be able to switch weapons. Changing her kit entirely but keeping her path of Preservation.
Yeah, maybe she's gonna have a new skill tree, with some debuffs on her kit, as Acheron is on her way home

I liked that, and I also thought she probably wouldn't change her path or element, based on what Shaoji said... But we now know she changes both path and element just like the Trailblazer. It's just that March's system is based on special memory events while the Trailblazer is attached to Aeon resonance.
Now she's an imaginary hunt unit shown in the latest trailer and new skin too

I’m pretty sure when March’s lore about remembrance comes out fully, she’ll be a 5 star. Probably the emanator of remembrance

Called it with the sword. I also thought she would only change weapon and outfit but not element and path, but I'm happy with what we got. Just like trailblazer, but based on memories instead of Aeons.

Childe is also better at using swords. He only uses a bow because it's the weapon he's the least skilled with and he wants more practice
Great, so I finally get the gacha 4* to e6 just for her to get a form change and have to e6 her again

Trailblazer got a new preservation path
Then danheng got imbibitor destruction
I’m thinking the paths the trio uses might be swapped

Imaginary is opposite of physical (makes sense, no?)
And lightning/quantum is opposite of wind?
@@NabFool Unlikely to change Element too. Her lore revolves around Remembrance or Ice. It's more on path or skill/weapon change. Her story is about wether to find her origin/memory or move forward to create new path/memories.

I gotta say, from how this sounds, we won’t have to waste Stellar Jades to get March’s new fighting style. Considering how it’s stated that it won’t be a separate character like Inhibitor Luanae. And considering that everyone has a free March due to the start of the game.
That’s kinda refreshing to think about, a new play style without having to pull for it.

Eileen will probably be a version of March with around 50% of her memories restored? Like, March now knows her real name and has access to even more of her true powers, but she still doesn’t know everything like why she was sealed in ice and who she really was.
Eileen was a concept character for March apart of the concept animation in Reburn 2. So not her.

remembrance is technically not a playable path for characters outside of simulated universe,but she might be related to it.
@@sehrish1837she is totally related to the remembrance, it's confirmed that the Garden of Recollection is preventing her from remember ing her past and it is heavily implied (but not confirmed) that Fuli is somehow trying to protect her from said past

@@undeniablySomeGuy retrains? like core augment? If I remember correctly,battle suit rank (eg:A rank =4 star and S rank = 5 star) should still stay the same,but some skills replace others (but you can get the skills back by turning core augment off I think)
