chinese pictorial language writing system is one of the main reasons why china can survive well into the current age. every chinese would know the meaning of the chinese character, even though the pronunciations of the said character varied wildly across the hundreds of languages and dialects found in china. it is a system based on sound and logic, which also partly shaped the psyche of the nation. on top of that, chinese people regard arts (calligraphy, poetry, kungfu etc) and philosophy (lao zi, kong zi, sun zi, buddha etc) very highly throughout all of its history. though they have been fighting civil wars longer than anyone else on the planet, this art and philosophy thing really glued them together. for example, country is called guo jia or 'state family'. from chinese characters and phrases, one can peer into the mindset of the nation as a whole.
When international students can come back in china?bcz,they almost finished their academic curriculum.they just need their certificate from university. Therefore,requesting to whole world government please open the border and give them to a chance for getting their graduation and certificate.
