Pancake cake with meat is a dish that combines delicious pancakes with juicy meat. This dish is an excellent choice for those who love delicious and hearty food.
Pancake cake with meat is prepared from thin pancakes filled with juicy minced meat. Beef, pork or chicken can be used as filling.
Pancake cake can also be supplemented with vegetables such as onions, carrots or peppers.

4 eggs
Salt
200 ml milk
3 tablespoons flour
vegetable oil
Filling:
Onion
Garlic
600g minced meat
Bulgarian pepper
cherry tomatoes

Sauce:
70 grams of butter

Done this recipe before but i added yoghurt in the pancake batter, they become more fluffy and thus you can do thicker pancakes. Placing them in a transparent round mould makes it easier.Thank you for sharing.

I think you should of cooked all the veggies before you cooked the meat. Hopefully the meat isn't over cooked. But other than that it looks good
