In this video, We are making a Mock Mutton Kola Urundai. You already know we post only Veg Dishes. But most people are asking for Non-Veg dishes. As a response to the request, We made a fake fish curry recipe with Banana flowers. We got a good response. Our principle is veganism. We'll see how to fake a nonveg feel and taste with Veg ingredients. Today, We are making a Mock Mutton Kola urundai. It may look and taste like non-veg, but it's pure Veg. Today, we got Soya or Meal maker. we are going to use that. We'll see how to make a perfect Kola Urundai.

Here are the ingredients for this Mock mutton Kola Urundai
சைவ மட்டன் கோலா உருண்டை
Soya chunks(சோயா) - 250 gms
Cooking oil (சமையல் எண்ணெய்) - for frying
Fennel seeds (சோம்பு) - 4 tbs
Curry leaves (கறிவேப்பிலை) - 2 tbs
Curry leaves (Chopped) (கறிவேப்பிலை) - 1 tsp
Dry red chilli round (மிளகாய்)- 20 nos
Roasted bengal gram flour (பொட்டுக்கடலை மாவு) - 2 tsp
Garam masala (கரம் மசாலா) - 1 tsp
Onion (Chopped) (வெங்காயம்) - 1 nos
Salt (உப்பு)- as per taste

but when I put in the oil for frying it got seperated and few balls came but it absorbed more oil...why ? can u pls clarify
