Great video. Curious as to if you've had problems with the A-TRAC system overheating much..? I've read stories that it tends to overheat quicker than most other traction control based systems like Mitsubishi, Land Rover and Volkswagen, but would like to hear about its performance first hand.
I have one it’s amazing and can’t not do anything the trd can do! Feels exactly the same just do a leveling kit put some mud tires and enjoy! Not to mention it’s more upgraded inside than all others and worth every upgrade!
I swapped out the wheels on mine for 17s and it's been great, especially with the Bilstein 5100 lift I threw on last month. The main problem now is the reduced entry/exit angles the Limited bumpers give you, already bashed mine up a little, guess it's trail bumper and rock slider time.
Nice limited... the only 4runner with full-time 4WD! ❤️
The V8 4th gen 4runners were full time 4wd and the V6's were selectable.
I know that a smaller wheel size is what you should get for off-roading but damn those wheels look freaking amazing on that 4runner limited!!!
I like that trail/park. A bunch of mud and water and dirt but nothing too crazy or brutal.
Man..pure Japanese engineering at its finest !!!! 4runner 4Life
i love the pug looking out the back window lol
I'm curious, are those Toyota OEM mudflaps you have on the 4Runner Limited? I just bought a 2023, same color!

What's overheating on it, the brakes?
I will not ever drive my 2022 4runner SR5 4WD over water and mud but Rocks...
Que neumáticos usas en la 4 runner para off road?
I have the same vehicle, 2022. What mode were you driving around in, full time 4WD, 4WH or 4WL?
2wd my boy.
Can you guys feel a difference when offloading between the two vehicles. I have heard that the limited is not as good offroading
misconception. it may not look off road worthy, but that bad boy is the only 5th gen trim with a center locking diff.
I dont have 4wd, just standard SR5 v6. Am i screwed?
No, you are not. They are awesome!
Yes it's not 4x4
don't put yourself in a situation you dont need to be in and you're solid. 2wd runners aren't as capable as a 4wd, but still plenty capable
Doesn’t look so bad. I’d heard bad things about the limited off road. May go ahead and buy one now

limited is the only trim with full-time 4WD... like the GX460 and the LX, etc...
