What Ted Kennedy did doesn’t fit the legal definition of murder. At best, it was manslaughter, at worst, negligent homicide. For it to be murder, it would have to be premeditated with the intent to kill. Regardless of what Kennedy did afterwards, what happened was an accident, and that’s essentially nonnegotiable.

That was a beautiful & moving eulogy by a grateful son, & I say this having very recently lost both parents within 3 weeks of each other but after long & very worthy lives. You really think Teddy gave this big of a fuck about the woman he drove into the lake and left her here to die, not bothering at all to get her help? What about her and all the jokes he made about her death? Really hard to have any sympathy for someone who died when they murdered someone, and not only did they murder the person and get away with it because of their name, he made jokes about the girl. So when you think about making a comment about people being disrespectful on this comment section, think about Teddy Kennedy asking people if they have any new jokes about Chappaquiddik. Just sayin.
