TJ's garlic naan is so good! My fav quick way to heat it is to let a pat of butter come to a sizzle in a frying pan, then add the naan. By the time it's toasty on both sides, it will have absorbed the butter. 😋
Definitely do a part 2! Tip if you get the orange chicken again I usually air fry the chicken and I use a sweet chili sauce instead of the sauce the bag provides lookout for the Korean ribs they are amazing 👏🏽
i’ve seen your videos suggested to me before but never gotten to watch! just subbed bc i love how you describe the food with actual details rather just being like “omg it’s so delicious!”. cant wait to binge the rest of your channel
I find this sooo interesting cause where I live in the UK we have only just started getting more authentic Asian food. So jealous the options you have xxx
I really enjoy the Paneer Tikka and chicken samosas. Their chicken soup dumplings are pretty bomb too! As far as the mochi goes, I enjoy them a lot, and if you let it sit for about 2-3 minutes, it melts just a tiny bit so you get the creamy ice cream feel and the outer skin is chewy too.
2:01 it’s so funny you say this because the microwave makes bread chewy, which is usually a drawback, but enhances the naan here! we love to see it because i don’t have time to wait for the air fryer lol
meimei, Ive been waiting for this, lol ive wanted the ice cream mochi for 3 days. also strawbery is my favorite :) edit also happy aaph month i celebrate. also are you planning on doing clothing merch? also also random thing are you a harry styles fan? also also congrats on 588k i know youll reach 1 million one day 💖💖
Trader Joe’s recently released ube flavored pretzel snacks which are really good! They also have boba ice cream that has actually boba along with either milk tea or coffee flavored ice cream!
@@lilly_koii I thought it was pretty good! You can tell the ice cream is supposed to be milk tea flavor. The boba probably isn’t the best texture since it’s in ice cream but it’s not a turn off or anything. Honestly kinda obsessed with it rn…
Definitely recommend pan frying the Thai gyoza!! They taste much better that way. Would love to see you try the Thai shrimp gyoza using the pan-fry method in part 2!
For the Gyoza which are my favorites I rinse them in water and drain them then microwave them. No hard parts. And I eat them with ponzu sauce and chili oil with extra szechuan peppercorn.
Hi Mei Mei! I discovered your Trader Joe reviews only recently. I must say that the garlic naan goes well with the palak paneer, which you reviewed in your other video. Just scooping the naan into the sauce is so yummy! Thanks for your great work!
I'm so glad you got the orange chicken cause i got 3 bags of them and still not sure if i'll like them, but they look super simple to make, and i've been craving orange chicken! they're the perfect size too.... i'll have to steam the bows next time they're my go to, and I get a tun of them because they tend to sell out alot of the time

The frozen Tteokbokki at Hmart is very sweet. I've tried a couple different brands all are sugar bombs. I just make my own tteokbokki. I keep multiple packs of rice cakes in my freezer. That plus gochujang and dashida (or ramen powder) makes a great tteokbokki.
@@atyourbesturluv.7106 2 cup tteok (soak in room temp water for 30 min) Simmer 4 cup water, Add 2-4 tablespoon of gochujang, 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of dashida or ramen seasoning. Add drained tteok and optional hard boiled egg, green onions and fish cake. Simmer until sauce reaches desired consistency and rice cakes are soft, about 5 to 10 minutes. If adding ramen add an extra 1/2 cup water and add ramen noodles when rice cakes are halfway soft. You will need to stir frequently as rice cakes stick to the pan easily. Also the sauce should be more soupy if adding ramen because the ramen won't cook right otherwise. When done you can optionally add cheese (American cheese or mozzarella) and some sliced green onions. It tastes good with and without the optional ingredients. Also taste after adding the seasoning to the water so you can adjust to your taste preferences.
I love these vids tysm! Plz do a boba video I cant wait for that to come out as I miss them so much! Also, I ❤️ BOBA so that’s why I request for these!
Omg you gotta do the chicken and pork gyoza! (Used to like the pork more but I def like the chicken more - and pan fried, not steamed haha.) And the Korean scallion pancake and the new green onion pancake! Also the new-ish boba ice cream… not too sure how I feel about the actual milk tea flavored ice cream 🙄🤔

Kung Pao Chicken. Delicious. I add a bundle of chopped fresh broccoli towards the end of the meat cooking phase for more vegetable and to take up some of the sauce, otherwise it's too saucy/salty. IMHO.
I wasn’t a fan of the Trader Joe’s orange chicken. Costco’s orange chicken tempura is much better. I liked the Thai mochi flavor the best. Mango not so good. You should try Trader Joe’s Korean style beef short ribs and kung pao chicken.
