I love this watch and I’m a woman. I bought it for myself with a navy alligator strap for Christmas, and I wear it every day❤. I notice people staring at my watch all the time 😊
Index, hour hand, minute hand, second hand are all 18k gold! Not plated.. a rare perk considering many more expensive versions don’t have a any gold at all
Did you notice that the movement was a little loud, mine seems to be a little wobbly so not to sure if this is normal or not, will be taking it to my local omega to confirm
All 775 Valjoux movements are like that, hence why they have the nickname ‘wobblers’ - I have several watches with 7750/7753 movements in as I like the ‘wobble’ of them. It’s down to the unidirectional winding
That closure is so problematic! I have the watch and trying to open that clasp is a nightmare! I ordered a Miltat brand with a much easier-to-open clasp. The band that comes with this watch is much too narrow and a headache to size it as well...those screws are as big as a tiny baby insect! You better have steady hands or you'll never get them back on.!
Because unfortunately this watch was and is an afterthought for Omega. They slapped together a Frankenstein movement for an inelegant watch that looks and feels entry level… because I guess it’s supposed to be.
@@ozzy1154…ah…bull. The 3330 movement in this is classic and has been used in numerous other Omega Chronographs, including the Racing models, the Speedmaster Mark II, and several Seamaster 300 models, over the last several years. Coaxial, column wheel, silicon balance spring, COSC certification….find me another Chronograph movement as capable for under $6000….though in the steel and gold Mark II they want $12,500.
If it weren’t so thick I’d absolutely love it. Was genuinely thinking about getting one until I heard it’s almost 15mm thick. If they could make it in 12-13mm it’d be one of my favorite watches right now.

classy! i have a weird disdain for bracelets
@svitlana : you must be a shemale to wear that kind of watch. Not feminine at all. Not elegant for a woman. Bulky and metal watches are for men.
Good for you, excellent choice, I bet it looks great on you
It's marketed towards women.
So This has a Colomn wheel and tge Moonwatch Doesn't? Pretty fkng pathetic!!

One of the best Omega watch.. Amazing style
These little Speedy 38's actually have a lot of unique little features/design cues, differentiating them nicely in the Speed catalogue.

It IS particularly thick. Oddly thick in fact. It has a factory issue bracelet length
Cute
👀
Way too thick to be wereable. 15mm, what a joke.
I'm nauseous from the shaking video.
compared to the old reduced. too damn thick and the notches are horrendous.
