    It's hard to have any pity for someone who would do something like this to someone so vulnerable...

    • @falalalalaa
      @falalalalaa 21 час назад

      With a terrifyingly abusive mother that lost custody of her children and shouldn't have even had them, I think he was vulnerable as well. That's how I have pity for him. Imagine how he could have turned out if he'd had a loving, sane mother. They're both victims.
      In lots of stories of abusive parents, the older kids were made to abuse the younger ones. Like the House of Horrors couple the Turpins. They would leave for vacations and the older kids would be left in charge to continue the punishments for the younger kids.
      It's easy to think it could never be us, but even adults get brainwashed and do terrible things "just following orders". Not to mention how bad it could be if it's a strong relationship like your own mother, and you were raised with abuse yourself.

      @falalalalaa I was raised for the first 12 years of my life by a viol*nt m*nster (father) and a ment*lly damaged, and also incredibly viol*nt, woman (mother). I had one sister, a year and a half older, and one sister a year and a quarter younger.
      I put myself between my sisters and the viol*nce from either of the off*nders because that's what a brother is supposed to do, protect one's siblings, so I do have a little real world experience with something like this, how about you?

    • @IndyandJazmin
      @IndyandJazmin 16 часов назад

      @falalalalaa I keep try to tell you that i too was raised in a home that was somewhat similar, though there was more physical viol*nce due to there being two adults, but I chose to protecte my siblings not work hand in hand with the ab use rs, but glueglit and azzlube keep taking my responses down. smh. Notice he has learned (via mom) his dad was blamed for a lot even when he was not around. The role model parent this being the mother she could easily manipulate a child or even teen mind' The son knew something was wrong but when mom said it was ok like most kids the role model parent made the boy feel everything was ok. This. I don't have children. I do often have my nephew and niece and a whole herd of little cousins. Even the teenagers when they are over. None of them have EVER stolen food. They're hungry and they ATE. There has been a time or two where someone ate the last of something and might have gotten an earful but as a non parent I learned so if they come over it's like "Hey, there's one frozen pot pie left, leave that for me for my work lunch but everything else is fair game". And it's never been an issue, not even with 4 teenage boys in the house.
      The second someone says a child was sneaking or stealing food. Massive red flag.

    Okay, I’m not excusing anything he did and especially not what she did but I am an autistic person with a highly abus*ve mother. My sibling was also autistic. While I doubt I could have been convinced to act cruelly to others she did manage to make me believe that I was a horrific person , that I deserved to be punished (she has dark triad traits) she made me hate myself and punish myself despite me escaping the house nearly 2 decades ago. She gave me complex PTSD along with her son. She still tries to exert control (I stay in minimal contact because last time she came to my grans house until I stopped pretending to be asleep which was 8 hours, my Dad is not horrible). I came out as non binary last year and sent a long explanation via my mother, this year for my birthday she found the girliest card with Daughter plastered across the front and my dead name numerous times throughout. Furthermore she was in charge of my Christmas presents, I’ve seen the wrapping, it’s obviously Raffello, I’m allergic to coconut and she knows it, she did the same thing last year with coconut hand cream. What I’m trying to say is why I feel he is culpable of contributing to his brother’s death, I feel like the step mother has twisted his mind into thinking that this made sense

      It's not real long, but the Judge does a great job of explaining Paul's mental issues; or, lack thereof! He 100٪ gives off mentally impaired vibes, and he uses that to his advantage every chance he gets, but *he's really just a bully!* He has ADHD, like ½ of America, but he's not autistic. He's not special needs (like the little brother he tortured & k¡lled). He'd like you to think he is because it makes him more pitiable!

      Men are discriminated more in the legal system than women. Women usually get custody. The mother lost custody in another state but moved to MI and kept the child.

Listen how he talks about his bio father, its almost like the Mum convinced him (whether he was bad or not) that he was horrible & manipulative. I cannot excuse him for aiding the Mum in the torture & murder, that makes me sick. But damn that mother managed to convince him he to care less about his brother & also I know he would have thought "if I don't do what Mum tells me, ill get in trouble". This is so sick, saddening & disgusting. RIP lil guy, you deserved so much better. I hope prison justice catches up to them!
