I know this older brother took part in much of the torture but that Mum was so manipulative. Listen how he talks about his bio father, its almost like the Mum convinced him (whether he was bad or not) that he was horrible & manipulative. I cannot excuse him for aiding the Mum in the torture & murder, that makes me sick. But damn that mother managed to convince him he to care less about his brother & also I know he would have thought "if I don't do what Mum tells me, ill get in trouble". He says We we we all the time not my mom, like he's the other parent. That's odd at least to me. Such a sad case poor Timothy rest in peace sweetheart. Great video thank you.
Yeah I remember when I first read the texts between them I thought he was the stepdad. The mom raised him really weirdly. Like made him feel small and incapable, but then gave him these orders to be the boss over his little brother. I'm sure it messed him up.
Could only watch one minute of this video due to the constant flashings on the screen. Would have liked to have watched more but unfortunately that’s too distracting.
Tbh the brother hes interrogating looks too skinny too
Stockholm and self preservation should have been a factor, also the boys father should have been charged! Mom was not allowed to be around the boy because of prior charges!
I know that the fathers weren't involved and the youngest boy Gabriel father died a bit before all this started.
Men are discriminated more in the legal system than women. Women usually get custody. The mother lost custody in another state but moved to MI and kept the child.
Why do ignorant people like you love to express their uneducated/unresearched opinions? Grow a brain!
@@RebeccaGallin The father was NOT allowed to send him to his mother, who had lost custody via CPS. So he SHOULD have been charged!
@@Do-U-Know-me00 holy crap! I didn't know that! Is that why she moved? Yikes I have to go back and watch that! Tysm for the info. I apologize if I insulted you i def didn't mean to sound mean! Happy holidays 🎄
He had also had inappropriate behaviors with his sister. She changed her name after this, she no doesn’t have anything to do with any of her family.
This kid was so under his mother’s control, he is not normal either. He doesn’t believe they did anything wrong, his mother convinced him of that or he wouldn’t be so open about what they did.
Narcissistic evil parent. Was there an insurance policy somewhere?
No
That guy seems mentally impaired and special needs himself. Very vulnerable. Evil mother took advantage of his weaknesses, easily manipulating him imo. I feel sorry for him, there is likely much more to his story we are not privy to. What a horrific household. Those poor children especially the child deemed the scapegoat and tortured to death.
Court determined he is of normal intellectual intelligence and has no mental deficits
His siblings claim he was always a bully and took genuine joy in tormenting Timothy. He was estranged from his mother most of his life
Don’t fall for Paul’s fake nicey-nice, Im a victim too act. He is just like his mother.
@Peaceful-Sheep yeah could be an act. Either way he's definitely screwed up
So this kid was in school, WHY didn’t they pick up on this.
Timothy dont go to a School. Homeschooling
As if he thinks it's normal to be on the chair like that. Just a ploy to look mentally ill, imo. I can't even watch it all. He's just not worth it.
I thought this was over
It is
This happened long time ago. I also thought this was something new.
This monster moves like a lizard.
Great news.thank you. RIP SWEET ANGEL.
The way he keeps making excuses for her makes me think they had something going on.
Yeah I remember when I first read the texts between them I thought he was the stepdad. The mom raised him really weirdly. Like made him feel small and incapable, but then gave him these orders to be the boss over his little brother. I'm sure it messed him up.
Looks like smeagol sitting there
💯 🧟♀️ 💍
Looks like trauma and guilt. Sad situation his monster of a Mom caused. He didn't really have a choice unless he wanted the same abuse
We'd all like to think we'd do better but we don't know for sure. He did need to serve some time for his part in this horrific abuse. Kid will be ruined for life due to this.
I can't watch this... So I won't..
This is truly depressing! I can't finish watching.😢
They choose to be evil. I’m sick
I feel the brother is a victim also . He also most likely has mental issues .
I remember her trial sick witch
I could have sworn he was already sentenced?? He got more than he thought. Anyone else remember thay?
OMG I hope he see now everything his dad said about his mother was true , she messed with her son Paul head
No Death Penalty, No Justice
This is so sad that man was a child the mother brainwashed him as well
I know this older brother took part in much of the torture but that Mum was so manipulative. This is so sick, saddening & disgusting. RIP lil guy, you deserved so much better. I hope prison justice catches up to them!
Why is this 360p?
Whooo makes these titels
your momma
I know right!! 😂
Whats a titels?
What's a Whooo?
360p ???
I believe i heard abt this but dont remember seeing a trial on it. This boy dont seem right to me either so i just got started watching and apparently he did everything his mother told him to do. He was the big brother i guess why didnt he call for help on this young boy.. its a crazy world we live in..
Surprising that older brother could hold down a job at all.
That’s so horrible
This detective is letting him think he’s in his side and believing him
I hope they both get life
Would be quite interested in seeing a psych eval on this person. And an IQ and social IQ on him. Anybody with info? He seems so emotionally undeveloped , so dependent on his "Mama's" love, so unable to see that she used him . If any of what he said is even true. Would also like to see the eval of his mother; the Oh so intelligent woman.
Video is about a kid that was starved to death.. RUclips shows this same video is sponsored by a food company
“Gold belly”
Very sad case the children suffered in this case at the mothers hands
Try to buy a clue media teenagers or preteens aren't men
GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!
dude seems to be a victim of a psycho/narcissist mother.
"The smallest clues are often the keys to the biggest answers."
So was the mom charged. And if so for how long
Convicted and given life without parole
Something wrong with the whole family
She killed two children. Neurodivergence is hereditary, and I believe Paul was also implicated. Their mother was a horrible puppeteer.
A lot of closed doors in this country…. -_-
Haven’t they both been sentenced already?
Was the son mentally disabled? Or did they make him that way? Were they so mad that mom was so smart she didn’t deserve this “disappointment”?
It seems to me that this brother has some mental and psychological issues also. I think his mother used him to her advantage to mistreat his brother. This whole case is so sad and sickening. I don’t think his mother should ever be released from prison. This guy has been totally programmed by his mother to believe anything and everything she says. She’s really done so much damage to all of her children. She’s so manipulative and evil.
This guy looks similar to my ex and also seems narcissistic just like he was. I can’t watch it reminds me too much of him. They’re both also in prison
There is not excuse of someone angry at her autistic son because she has to work even harder with him.. It that was the case she should have took him to the hospital or a fire station the are many saf haven places for parents that doesn't their baby anymore or whatever
Not for fifteen year olds.
First time I’ve seen or heard ant this,so ppl saying it’s old just don’t watch it
Creep looks liked he’d run a horror movie hotel
It's so weird how he speaks in "we" , everything he & his mother did he says "we thought" this or "we decided" that and it's just weird and disturbing like she must have treated him like a husband? She parentified him to help her abuse her other son & try to justify it to herself! ❤🩹🕯 R.i.p Timothy🕯❤🩹
what's with the thumbnail??
I hate hearing stories like this, even though I listen to them because they are very sad😢 but not only are they sad they are preventable and they need to be sure to cross the world so people could see the consequences of their actions!!!!!
I can’t understand. 😢
360p? seriously? did someone forget to pay the broadband bill?
That Messy Why Yall do that.
So many people defended or tried to judtify this guy's action.. and a woman even propsedvto him, I believe. Humans, your true nature is showing.... 😈 👀
Why
thats a whole man. change this title
Wait @ 42:42 -
Why did he need alerted whenever they tried going to the bathroom area?
Said he would get alters on his Apple Watch ⌚️
Whenever someone
Would access the bathroom.
Paul was not a boy..... Timothy was not a teen. Fix your title.
Timothy was fifteen. That's a teen.
@@TawnyC_ True, but I think the issue is that they described his older brother(19?~ at the time) as a "boy" when they describe the younger victim as a teen. What you said is technically accurate, but the title is still extremely problematic.
@compassionandhumility Paul was actually twenty. I wonder who writes the titles 🤔
this case is older now
