I'm getting almost 39mpg with the manual transmission. I do a balance of city and highway driving. The stereo sounds great, and the suspension is pretty comfortable.

I bought my 2024 Nissan Versa SV and I love it....... Im getting 43 Miles per gallon you really cant beat this! This is the closest you come to not buying an Electric car which is definitely coming soon. I love driving this car its an incredibly great ride for $21,000 dollars believe me I was quoted more than $21,000 dollars on used cars. Nissan Versa is the last subcompact car on the market but worth every penny.

I purchased my 2012 Versa in 2011 and still driving it daily. It has accumulated 130,000 km as of today. Had to replace the front struts when it was 4 years old. The CVT gave in before 5 years ended. The dealer fixed it and costed me nothing but never told me what’s wrong. I cannot see any evidence under the hood that the CVT has been worked on or replaced. My mechanic friend told me it was likely a computer software issue? I believe it is time to replace it the near future? The 2024 looks good but the back seat leg room is a lot less. It’s a 50/50 decision if I have to make the choice today. After all, I honestly believe it’s good value IMO.

Hard to complain about anything here. My daily was a 2001 Civic that didn’t have AC, was leaking left & right, & had analog everything. Unfortunately, you need a car to really exist in a lot of cities here in the US. Having an affordable (compared to other manufacturers) option like this one makes Nissan alright in my book.

Agreed, we've had 4 Nissan CVT's and I change fluid every 25k including the small paper filter. Screen about 60k. Use scan tool to level off. Curranty have 140k on '13 Sentra. Runs the same as new.

Wonder why the back seat is small in new versas. I remember older models there was lots of space in the back seat even for 6 foot plus people. That was one of it’s biggest advantages over other cars in its class.

15" wheels on a subcompact car are not "pretty small". They are actually, fairly large. If I were buying a higher trim level of Versa, part of the deal would be that they put the 15" wheels back on. Better ride, less likely for pot holes to cause wheel damage, more inexpensive to replace.

This is not cheap in any parameter. Cars became expensive in USA due to inflation. I must still say that cars are far better in India if I were to compare the cost vs features vs affordability matrix. This was not the case earlier. This car can be compared to Honda City which is sold in India by similar Japanese manufacturer, but that car is very nice and roomy. Also I don't know why there are not many car decors shops in USA who can do custom car covers, car floor matting, floor mats. This is another segment which I like in India where you can choose your car cover fabric and get it custom stitched to your liking. This makes a lot of difference in affordability too. I only wish American people could experience such kind of options available and come up with business ideas to make it viable to mass market.

you can actually get Apple Carplay/Android Auto on the S model if it comes with the S plus package, it also gives you bigger/nicer wheels like on the SV. i got a 23 SR a year go in N TX, first one to drop in the whole area, lucked out! been a great little car, and the sound system pretty decent too, since you get 6 speakers, instead of 4 like the S and SV. it's gotta be a Bose, sounds too good ☮

Only 2k $ more for automatic transmission & better fuel economy? it's not a deal: stick with the stick. In the long term this will avoid costly cvt transmission repairs .We are lucky to choose a manual gearbox here, it is worth learning for dummies. It may be affordable but I wish I hadn't bought mine. This car is shorter than the 2015 Versa I had. Rear seats have no leg room. Trunk is smaller. Front passenger seat can not be changed in height. Glove compartment is smaller. You have to buy your own screws to attach the front license plate. At this time you can't get the cameraa (which cover a large part of the windshield), auto dim rear view mirror factory installed. The worst part is they built the car with crevices that can't be cleaned of debris all over the car ( too many recessed gaps between top and sides of car and front and rear windows. Not worth the cheap price.

The problem is when you add the useless nitrous that you don't want and many other serious markups, it could easily get to $40,000 or more in dealer markups. I will not pay $40,000 or more for a cheap Nissan Versa. Buy from a private individual. I can't believe all the markups at various dealerships I've been to. I will never buy from a dealer after seeing car prices at least double. It's funny how all car reviewers lie about being 6 feet tall, and I guess because they are salesmen of 2024.

Tony Serra Highland Nissan. Bought a manual from them earlier this week. Paid sticker price, only questionable extra fee was a less than $300 "Doc" fee. No unwanted dealer add-ons, no high pressure tactics. You need to find some better dealers. My out the door cost was just under $20,000, that included destination, tax, title, registration. On top of that, they drove my old truck back to my house the next day (close to four hours round trip for two people). No charge for delivering my truck.
