Im 24 years old graduating from CDL school in a couple weeks and I can't wait to start working in to save up to start my own business. this video gives me high hopes to get started on owning my business. God bless!
Best of luck!
@J Sanders my school has a 8 week course and a 5 month course depending on how much you are able pay upfront, 8 weeks is $6500 and 5 month is $10k and you can get financial aid to pay half.
Wtf over here in Michigan I paid 3k and it took me 3 weeks to finish CDL school, I don’t know where y’all live but y’all states are robbing the CDL students, btw I got my CDL A and been working over the road for 2 years now
Same here in Arizona. I paid 3k for my school but some students got there’s paid for by a government grant. If I would have known that I would have went to that program and got my CDL License free.
Go through your states government assistance program. I had taken a three week CDL course & got mines within that time frame Class A /w tankers endorsement ALL FREE of charge.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 keep that knowledge coming I'm all ears 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿 BIG THANKS

Try next insurance for business liability insurance I pay $20 month for $1 million coverage for my food truck
I’ll definitely look into it.
How is their coverage?
Can you explain I’m not understanding
@@Trustyourtradezz if someone trys to claim damage or injury against your business or if someone who works for you gets hurt the insurance helps pay for legal fees or medical bills etc
I love this guy!!! Wish me luck October 2024
Thank you for the valuable information.

Awesome info. I thank you for it.
first time ive seen a channel have more views than subs on more than one video but i subbed i like your grind
Thank you. It’s only up from here!
If you have multiple stops most food grade loads give you another seal.( the red band that you put InPlace of your lock.). On a side note bruh I wouldn’t buy another truck just yet from what I see in the videos you have a hang of it but it’s still alot that you need to learn, but that comes with experience. get a contract first, then buy another truck. Another word of advice do a pre-trip and learn about your truck it will save a lot of money.
Bro' you must be very well off with this info, help me out
Thanks for this gem of info that a seasoned LLC gets better rates than wen u apply for everything altogether and start.
Another great video!

Dope content Bro
Thank you!
Bro I went to legal zoom for another business i had started lol cool to see I wasn't the only person who found them. If you could put more info with links in your description that would be great. like Truck specs and or name. software you used for managing your business with the truck, links for companies you used. Love what you are sharing. And yes that price was a steal just saw a 2016 for 68k, not sure what year yours is lol
I found a 24' international with a liftgate that needed a high pressure oil sensor, negotiated this deal for $6500. 213000 miles.
thats a steal
👀
Where did you source the truck from ?
Wow that is a steal what year
Appreciate the Free Game

I'm new and thanks
Welcome to the family
Hi Chris!
Were you able to do the video how you get loads owners to pay for your gas?
Thank you!!
BARROU
You think you can start a box trucking company based in Vermont but can commute throughout the New England area to start? Any ideas on how to get clients also. Last good pricing on box trucks and if the actual back areas has to be purchased separately or if it comes with the truck? Thanks for the great videos my man. You really inspire people to start their own box trucking company with your videos. There is so much money in it why can everyone get a little if the pie.
To add to your pro tip for workers comp as it is very expensive, there are payroll companies that offer WC pay as you go vs buying more policy than you need.
Ally Financial is a good place too
Hey chris love your videos man I was wondering what dispatch company i should use starting out in tulsa oklahoma?
Great video , I setup my LLC through LegalZoom but theyre asking me a “NAICS” Code under business details. Which code did you use? I see a few diff codes referring to General Freight Trucking (local) and also General Freight Trucking (Long Distance) which one do I select if I’m doing Amazon and also OTR after my authority gets more experience?
Anyway you can give me some insight/guidance into running amazon relay ,i live about 5 miles from an amazin DC and I'm thinking i could just run amazon and make a killing ,could you share your thoughts?
Appreciate your input
you got pre-approved for a personal or business loan? thats key because i never heard of someone getting a pre-approval business loan
Great content bro!! Keep it coming!! What's the name of the spot you were at in MIA? That view is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Near downtown
Hey Chris, how do you find regular loads? And how you manage all the paperwork like bills/receipt/taxes etc??
Thanks
You can use quick books app
Turned 20 Three months ago and im tryna get to this bag as soon as possible so i can be set at 25
U will and you will be set before you 22 just keep that mindset
@@geneharvey preciate it brotha
You going places Lil brother. Don’t tell everybody what you fina do
@@HebrewJerusalemBoy right on 💯🙏🏽
Bruh get your business name, EIN an llc an apply for grants
yes anything under 26001 is non-cdl but you still gotta log if you travel more than 150 miles
You have to log and pay Ifta if you cross state lines
@@trucknoffice4410 false. Radius 150 miles whether u cross state lines or not. U can live in Newark, De pickup there and deliver to Elkton, MD. That's 5mins away. No logging. U can go down to Baltimore no logging. Once u go over that 150 mile radius thennu have to log.

So when you first get your truck and your new to this is it easy or harder to find loads ? I’m getting a truck within the next month
Chris: You're putting out some good s&**&(t! Keep doing it. Some questions, bro, you mentioned personal and business credit. For getting a 26 box truck, what level would you consider good personal credit? what about business, what's good enough? what's the very good level? I got a new business LLC and do not have much credit, so I am trying to figure out which way to go -- rent, lease, buy (business credit probably too new -- since I hear that it takes at least 6 months or more to establish).
Get your cdl b class and hazmat and twic card 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Got you, I will definitely look into it. Good looking!
@@ChrisTV1 hey bro what is your face book I’m in the d fam I have most of my paper work in order but I do need some advice
That hazmat endorsement is going to drive your insurance sky high
@@Samil101 you will make more
When I called progressive for an insurance quote, they told me they don’t insure “new” DOT’s.
Also they asked my what will I be delivering or transporting and how many miles.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
I came with cash for my truck , my credit isn’t to well , but some places will still finance you . But It’s not worth it . Might as well come with the whole amount of the truck . Way better than financing a truck . Cashing out is better becuase you gone make your money back with in 30-99 days and I say those days because people have different clients and etc , everyone not on the same level
The way i think
What kind of truck you bought? And congratulations. I want to do this or hot shotting.
How much was the insurance at first. Did it go down significantly after the first year?
Dope Content 😎 Do you think this is something you can do with 1 DUI on ur record??
I know you mentioned factoring company you deal with man. Can you go into more depth on the process here.?
A factoring company picks-up your invoice from the company you completed your drop for
this is done typically so you won’t have to wait a 30 day or longer period of waiting for payment
however keep in mind that some companies require more of a percentage than other...I inform my clients to try to stay under 3% as well as staying out of contract factoring companies
Hope this helps

I’m starting my box truck company as well man coming out of Dallas Tx. All that’s left is to get the insurance. Do you have any tips on getting loads when your just starting out ?
Before you get business insurance. Check with your personal car insurance agent and see how much extra it would be to raise your liability to 500k or 1MIL. When you get business insurance, they check the coverage on your personal car policy. It makes a big difference how high your liability is on your personal cars. And, business insurance will want 1 year of declarations on your personal car policy.
Do you need class c non cdl driver’s license for that truck ? Thanks great video
Hello. I have to say I appreciate your humility. My question is this; how to run a trucking business as an investor, paying driver(s), profit sharing, Safeguarding the investment, getting customers.
I am kinda doing this I can answer it but it would be much more detailed
@@kantstoplaughing still Willing to help?
So Bro do u pay 800 dollars for FMCSA Required insurance ? I got quoted 1700 a month through progressive. Appreciate the insight
