I used to be a county board member in my local county for two years. Not many citizens actually go to city council meetings and most meetings we go through not having any public comments. When we did have people from the public coming to speak, it is always respectful because every person has a right to speak their mind to us given that they voted us in, regardless if it was bat shit insane like in the video. Always respect the constituent, even if you don’t agree with them.
