Great video, I love watching your content. I’ve only been selling for 5 months now so I really learned a lot from this video, thanks. Question not related to this video. It appears that you store your items in a garage. Do you have trouble with bugs and is the garage heated and cooled? I’ve been storing my stuff in my living-room, but need to move it somewhere else. I was thinking my garage, but not sure since I have no heat or air in it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ☺️
Thank you so much! I currently store items in my basement, however, I used a non-controlled storage unit for over a year so I can share some insight I gained from that. Surprisingly I have never had issues with bugs in either the storage unit or the basement. A majority of items will be okay in the garage. I was storing clothes, golf clubs, shoes, and some electronics in the storage unit but I did have some rules and exceptions. One rule was that electronics could not be touching the floor just in case there was ever a leak. I also would organize my unit so the more expensive items were stored further away from the door so their temperatures would not fluctuate as much and should water get through the door they would be at less risk of water damage. My exceptions were mostly for expensive and fragile electronics. I didn't want to risk the components inside being damaged from expanding and shrinking with the temperature changes. So my advice would be to go ahead with storing items in the garage. The closer they are to the center of the house the better, and maybe keep a small space inside the house where you can keep a small amount of exception items
@ wow great advice. Thank you so very much. I do have a small place in the house that I can keep more valuable or higher dollar items, but my every day or bread and butter as they call it items I can probably get away with storing in my garage. Thanks again and I look forward to your next video.. By the way, do you have any videos on international shipping? TIA
@@Dragongirl4290 No problem! I don't have any videos about international shipping, I only ship international if it is through the ebay international shipping program so they take care of all the extra work for me
