yo am i messed up if i listed a shirt for 12 bucks n it insta sold, then I refunded the buyer cuz I found out the shirt is worth 100+? I'm feeling so guilty but like I'm selling clothes to pay for college so the money is what matters to me ig idk. should I have just taken the loss?

I have 425 items and I am at 3 million impressions at 10% promotion rate.

You gotta hate money to not promote your items

Be careful, it’s somewhat of a trap. So I also started with 2% then my impressions, views and sales tripled. Then slowly plateaus and while impressions remained the same, sales eventually went back to baseline. So naturally, I raised it to 5% then 10%. Now, I’m stuck at 10% with the same sales as before promoted. I then tried to remove promoted or lower it but my sales plummet further and my listings are not even visible. This is what happened to Taylor Exchange and others.

Curious if your CTR and conversion rate went down though? Your talking bubble was blocking it. Because oddly enough I experimented this last week with promoting listings and my impressions did the exact same thing as yours however my CTR went down 51% Impressions mean nothing if they are the wrong eyeballs….or that is my takeaway so far.

It's probably just because your moved up in the top maybe 10 to 20 items that pop up
