Jimmy? Frame 5:07 isn’t a dead end. Go back and pause it. Someone poured concrete over the hole, looks like a thin layer, but that’s why it’s so fractured. But that’s not a natural floor nor is that a natural cracked floor. If it were a fractured floor. Undisturbed, then those cracks would be tight. Either way there is something there and it’s new. I say new as the water marks are still visible from sloppy concrete work.

zwass is considered by most little more than just a grave robber. He denied the existance of the osirus complex, until a documentary film maker embarrased him by making a movie in it, then he climbed down and pretended he didnt know it was there, despite climbing down a metal ladder his department installed years ago to do it. Same goes for the bird tomb tunnels. Funny how these things that are not meant to exist appear to have never been opened before, yet by the time we find out about them, there is a steel gate installed, and every artifact has been cleaned out and the so called guy in charge pretends he didn't know it was there.

When you pick up a stone or something, within minutes there's a security guard next to you. There surely are things they want to keep secret. Like the Osiris shaft, you have to pay a few $1000 to enter it, with a guide. A good 5 meters down, there's a pool of clear water with a black stone coffin still in it, unopened. These guys wait for a tourist to start down a path to a monument/point of interest and start blowing on a whistle like they're official workers. Then they proceed to tell you that you need to pay a fee to them to escort you. Maybe it has changed but I doubt it. Also a lot of guys had their nice cameras and electronics seized at customs and had to pay more than their worth to get them out of holding. Another scam I witnessed just do your research and be prepared

Very interesting. In about 1990, I attended a symposium about the Egyptian Sphinx. it was at University of California Long Beach. They went into great detail about a chamber that had been discovered underneath the paws of the Sphinx. Including its dimensions and how exact it was from end to end. as a mystery hunter myself I recently came across the investigations of Joseph Davidovits, he's a geoplymer scientist who's probably already has proven more than once and on multiple angles, how these structures, as modern day architecture were nothing more than early ages dominion of masonry, when you fabricate stones and geopolymers the finish is so perfect it creates this misconception that it was carved only because of the context of the region and its access to modern day techniques of constructions which have been long industrialized but still keep the same principles, if you dump tons of mix in molds, blocks as gigantics as the ones on the parthenon or megalithic constructions can be made in site.
Egyptians were in no shortage of the materials they needed when Imhotep found an area near the Nile river with soft limestone he mixed it with Natron Salt and created caustic soda, mixed with dissagregated limestone which is a fossil type of stone a powerful binding agent was produced, when casted into molds they created statues with this technology, they also had a huge overproduction of salts as conservants and other discoveries made with Natron salt that were so historically relevant that it spreads through the lives of the biblical "people of god" which made unleavened bread with this ingredient too, they considered salt a pact from YHVH... what i discovered was the parallels of this with the Exodus story...that's when you realize that Joshua o Joseph or Hoshea was the one who interpret the dreams of the pharaoh which i highly believe it was Djoser. This pharaoh had a dream that later became the Famine Stela, but not before another certain important desert roamer broke the stone in half and from it "mana" emerged...it is also know the unleavened bread was the only type of food the jews ate during their 40 YEARS pilgrimage throught the desert regions next to the Nile River from the lands of were Djoser was ruling towards the less habitable places. The ark of the covenant takes a new relevance here. Cause it was a yeast producer that could also store electrical charges when the gases of the yeast are vacuum sealed...but do we have evidence Egyptians had way to make vacuum sealed yeast producers? well yes, these are exactly what the giant diorite sarcophagus was on the king's tomb, albeit it was the holder of the golden made one the jews stole from the pharaoh. This was also the reason of the egyptians being so kin with the chase, they stole deposits of Natron salt that was also being a national treasure of even trade with other nations. Also unleavened bread was a recipe not original from Jews Massa but a national food the egyptians adopted with more chemistry advancements from the School of The Eye of Horus.

Even if we were allowed to explore those chambers, we can only hope for hieroglyphics on walls and giant statues / carvings that couldn't be removed. Anything not cemented down is already gone. We're more likely to find another empty room. Egypt will never confess to finding these structures (if that's the case) and continue to you with the idea they built it. After all: tourism. Ironically, though, people would still visit regardless whether or not Egyptians built it. But they may fear repercussions if they are found to have been lying for hundreds of years.

Exactly. And the use of the target word "underneath" is particularly specific. It may have been different if he said, "There's nothing down there", (not that it would keep explorers from trying, either). It's too deliberate. Like, if I were trying to keep a secret, but I blurt out information that no one specifically asked for, and in turn, the truth is emboldened, due to that key information. His choice of words tells me that his mind is fixated on trying as hard as he can to make people stop wondering about what is "underneath" the sphinx, as opposed to information about the tunnel he should have been talking about.

Archeology takes a ton of time. They probably spent a few days widening the original hole. They probably took a day building scaffolding/ ladders and setting up lights and power. They probably spent a day looking around the tunnel, making sure the structure was sound. They likely did some sampling of the stone. It looks like they may have added bricks under the ass of the Sphinx to make sure it was structurally sound. They probably looked carefully at the stone for evidence of soot, graffiti, cracks, tool marks, etc. they probably took a few days to decide what to do with the new find, a few days to make some concrete to patch cracks and areas prone to caving in, a day probing down that small cavity near the top, and yes, probably carefully combed through the debris on the floor looking for artifacts. Sure. A tourist could not spend three weeks in a small hole, but an archeologist totally could.

@@GeorgeK1988UK yes. Archeology takes time. A tourist would spend 5 minutes in there, walk around, get bored and leave. An archeologist is looking at the tools marks in the stone, looking for worn signs of graffiti. They are looking for cracks in the structure to make sure it is safe and stable. They have to spend time writing notes about what they see. They have to carefully widen the original hole to allow better access, but consult someone to make sure removing that many bricks won’t cause structural weakness. They need to decide administratively what to do with the thing. They probably did some preservation work adding concrete in to stabilize some cracks.
Just because we would spend three weeks looking at an empty hole does not mean an archeologist wouldn’t.

Obviously this beam wasn't part of the original structure and it doesn't look new; it's difficult to tell what it's holding up or holding in place. That being the case, someone or some group has been doing work down there for quite sometime. There were no steel "I" beams back in the time that The Great Sphinx was built. Someone has been busy doing something down there for a long time!!!

Agree. I saw the I-beam too. It is probably less than 6 inches in width (considered to be small in I-beam industry). It's obvious some people have been in there earlier. And the need to construct I-beam as reinforcing structure meant that those who went in there before this must have stayed longer than the so called 3 weeks. It would already take a few days probably weeks just to fabricate and construct the metal retaining structure to prevent earth collapses. So saying they have been there only for 3 weeks is a big lie.

This is the tip of the iceberg as far as keeping things hidden in Egypt. Much has been said of the open shafts and underground passages in the Giza plateau with very little information about their extent and no mapping at all. There is the report of nearly 1,000 deep underground chambers (third level down) in the Labyrinth area discovered by satellite and penetrating radar technology; two levels of underground chambers are historically known, but I have yet to come across any significant amount of information even about those, and the Egyptian authorities will not even acknowledge the existence of the third level (note that the radar/satellite data showed no indication of shafts to the upper two levels or the surface). There are blocked off passages in many other areas where no admittance is allowed. Groundwater levels have prevented deeper excavation/exploration of the deep staircase in the desert to the south of Giza.
And on and on. Who is hiding the information and/or preventing exploration….and why?

You will learn in time that the underground 'formations / tunnels' are far more complex than ever thought. 'Locals' goingt down 2 levels under the causeway, finding a flooded area, with a 'burial chamber' in it have stated that the chamber is an entrance to much lower levels (as much as seven levels down - which have 'dry areas').

The 'why' question might be answered by the intention of Egyptian authorities to not let people know that the Sphinx and the Great Pyramid were probably not built by Egyptians.
As of now, the Egyptian culture is seen as one of the most sophisticated ancient cultures to ever exist. What happens if we find out that they merely inherited their achievements?

Having said that, you have to remember that there is an army of conspiracy theorists constantly badgering him to reveal secrets that don’t exist, and to give random people special access to sites that are old and in danger of losing all value, and get presented with ridiculous theories that don’t stand up to a scientific cross examination. Remember than graham hancock does use mediums and alleged magicians as sources. If you challenge a long believed idea with something that seems kinda out there, and then you cite your source as the old guy who gets plastered in the 7-11 parking lot, the crazy cat lady who claims ghosts told her about Atlantis, and your junkie friend, you are likely to get laughed away. Hancock did present a fairly plausible argument, but arrived there with some of the dopiest sources and supporters.

Modern civilisation dig tunnels to store materials, to build underground carriageways such as for cars and subway trains, etc. Those who built the Sphinx (not necessarily built by ancient Egyptians) who dug tunnels underneath it must have dug them for a specific purpose. There has to be rooms or open spaces to store something or to be used for a specific purpose.

I’ve been interested in the secret tunnels or the Sphinx since first hearing of them in 1993. Because of that, I incorporated those chambers into a fictional story of mine. That’s the thing, as you said Jimmy, not letting us know in the public what may or may not be down there just fuels the imagination. You can run wild. Knowing there is nothing would be a disappointment to some degree, but would be absolution. At least you would know. But, if they are hiding something, then we need to know that too. Because if it means our history is different then we believe, or some looming fate is coming, we need to know that too.

    • @MankindFails

If it's peace of mind you seek. It's very unlikely that there was something hidden in the Sphinx. First if there was something there before the Egyptians, they sure found it and now it's lost. Also, the more you go back in Egypt, the better they were at building stuff. So that can mean only one thing, cultural decline. Exactly like we wounder today at past castles and Cathedrals we built ourselves. Different times, different cultures, ideas and yes knowledge.
Knowledge gives you power and power is not something you want to share with others, with concurrence, rivals, enemies and or even people you want to control with the knowledge you have that they don't have.
Even the Cathedral builders were like guilds of masters than kept their knowledge for themselves. That's why even today we have to guess how they built the Cathedrals.
Now in Egypt you got pretty much the same idea but over thousands of years. So even the tombs in the valley of the Kings were looted not only by thieves over millennia but also by different generations of Egyptians rulers and authorities. Then you can imagine Alexander looted stuff, then the Ptolemaic dynasty. Then The Roman Empire, then the Ottomans. Then Napoleon. I mean, that's a very long list of looters and it's only the ones we know of.
As for looming fate coming.... You should listen to Elon Musk on Joe Rogan when he says AI is the next big threat. Says it can exist, therefor it will. Now we can only hope to find a way to keep our right to exist as a specie. That's pretty much what Lucas' Star Wars, The Wachowskis' Matrix and V for Vendetta. Cameron's Avatar and Terminator are all about. That fate is written in the sky, no one want's to see it.

Seems increasingly likely that the Sphinx was not originally an animal body. These passages give credence to the idea that it was a much older structure that was (for want of a better word) disguised by the sphinx body.
If Mark Lehner did indeed spend 3 weeks inside the Sphinx it was either not empty or the passages continued to somewhere else more interesting. Personally II am convinced that the really interesting passages and chambers lie submerged in front of the Sphinx (possibly under those boards). Maybe these passages in the video give you another entrance to somewhere like that, hence the boarding up (which looks curiously crude and rushed).
Giza is riddled with so many passageways that have locked doors or have been filled with sand and rubble. Most of it does not seem to be documented or mapped in any way at all. Are you going to show us some of this Jimmy ? (please).

The question to ask is why keep the public from being able to see a cave system below the sphinx and great pyramids? How would that benefit the Egyptian Antiquities Department because it seems like hiding a cave system would only hurt Egyptian history as a whole. In my opinion the only answer could be is that there is something in those caves that would greatly damage the Antiquities Dep and thats why they would choose to keep it hidden. So then we ask what would damage a historical department? The answer is, new evidence that proves that the current beliefs and historical facts created by that specific department are simply false or become much less believable after new information is made public. THEREFORE, those caves must have some groundbreaking stuff in them.
P.S. Say the caves had nothing in them, then why not let tourists and researchers simply see that for themselves.

Many reasons why prevent turists to get inside:
They could damage the statue. And as we know Egypt cant lost thouse turist atractions . Because without them, they are just desert.
And just maybe, that wooden construction, which blocks view up in the tunel...is just suporting structure, which prevents constructin blocks from statue to fall down.
And therefore, that makes another reason why turists are not allowed to go there.

With how much historical information is actively covered up and indeed CLASSIFIED by the US govt as well as ancient sites that are straight up seized, this should all be a HUGE red flag to anyone that looks into archeology in general. For myself, it all made sense when I watched an interview with Bob Lazar and he claimed that he was told that the particular vehicle he was studying and attempting to backwards engineer came from an ancient archeological site dating back roughly 10,000 years. This would fully explain all the urgency and secrecy surrounding many of the sites where information is kept closely guarded and indeed suppressed.

One thing that is interesting is that in the Seth Material Seth says that all the hieroglyphs were meant to be sounded and certain pitches and sounds would open secret chambers. This may be why some tunnels and passageways seem to dead end or seem to go nowhere. If these were engineered as well as they seem I highly doubt they would dead end passageways. The use of sound would make perfect sense to enter secret passageways this way. If the hieroglyphs were meant to be sounded out it would stand to reason that this is possibly how certain rooms were meant to be entered. Sounds crazy but there are a lot of archaeoacoustic properties displayed here. Seth said these people and their whole race used sound for locomotion and many other endeavors. He said that there were devices that used ultrasound to make the surface of stones like frosting so they could be formed as desired. Just like a gemologist uses. He says the tools are around on Earth today but nobody knows how to use them. Until we come into harmony with these ancient secrets they will not be rediscovered. He says the reason being that mankind makes weapons out of them instead of using them for the benefits of mankind.
Seth also mentioned how the heavy blocks were moved by sound and complex mathematical equations and the knowledge of coordination points. Also said the ankh was a sound directional device. Wish we would start looking in this direction and not being so consumed with how it were possible that an ancient race was more advanced than we are. Start searching different areas and the use of sound.

This is a pretty interesting theory. I agree that passageways would not just dead end. Maybe since no one knows how to sound them out (as far as we know), they will stay hidden. All these structures of such precision would not be created just because. They served a purpose and probably have many hidden rooms that we do not know about.

    - Before the sphinx was coverd in some sort of plaster to protect it from detorriating any further a wheater pattern could be seen that could only be caused by heavy rain fall.
    - The last time such heavy rain fall occured in Egypt was +/- 10000 years b.c.
    - The oldest parts of the temple in front of the sphinx appear to be older than the 3 big pyramids, all the pieces of the temple that are from the same time as the 3 big pyramids are believed to be renovation/restoration work.
    - If you look at an arial picture of the 3 big pyramids of Giza they depict the position of the constalation of orion from +/- 10000 years b.c.?
Archeologists always thought that the face of the sphinx represent the pharaoh Khafre. Frank Domingo, a New York Police Department forensic expert once compared the head on a small statue of the pharaoh Khafre with the head of the sphinx and concluded that they don't look alike. The forensic draftsman concluded after carefull research that the head of the sphinx most likely resembles an African individual (Nubian).

0:29 I'm curious of the origins, authenticity and accuracy of this image. It looks to me like the Sphinx was built on the roof of a palace (which at the time was likely at ground level). Take this into consideration when you see another image (artist's impression) in another RUclips video by Bright Insight of the Sphinx in a jungle setting.
I do find it frustrating that there are so many secrets of the Sphinx that are kept from us. I find it completely bizarre and unbelievable that Zakhi and Mark could have spent 3 weeks wandering around a little tunnel that went nowhere. 🤣
I'm blown away by the discovery of this entrance tunnel at the rear of the Sphinx, the proof of a shaft on the center of the back of the Sphinx... and not mentioned in this video - but the strange cavity behind the right ear of the Sphinx.

Never before has the saying "Truth is stranger than fiction" been more apparent. It's my belief they spent 3 weeks digging out artefacts & ancient scrolls from the "Hall of Records". Where are these important historical artefacts now? Perhaps time will tell, ultimately... they belong in a Museum! These images are proof there is more going on underneath Cairo than meets the eye.
