Chef Bradley Kilgore has worked in many Michelin starred operations, and has been named Best New Chef in America. Currently, his latest projects are the world-class racetrack resort The Concours Club, where he runs their culinary program including the modern American restaurant Verge, and as culinary director of Marygold's Brasserie and the Arlo Hotel.
