Why man? They tour like crazy! If you are physically able to go, you should do whatever it takes to see them. I've been seeing them for... Holy shit... 30 years... and I swear every time is better than the last. It's so much more than them just playing live, which is awesome by itself, but the show w the huge mind blowing screens and lasers, etc. I could go on... just do it man. You will not regret it.

I agree 100%. When I first started listening to them the internet was still AOL and Compuserve. So there were no pics. No lyrics. Nothing. And that made the mystique so much more. As a young kid that sucked. So now, 25 years later, I still feel like I'm cheating somehow by being able to see them at this level. Crazy how music does that to you

I have listened to each song on every album countless times, and I still hear different song variations that I don’t remember hearing in the past. I can’t wait until Jan 13th. I think this is the most in tune with each other band ive ever seen ever. This is like Dream Theater level talent with a less sophisticated heavier form (in my opinion) I mean Danny Justin and Adam have amazing music just pouring out of them. This was definitely one of those stars and planets aligning types of bands because theres no way TOOL happened by chance. Absolutely beautifully brilliant.
If there was one thing musically I wish was available would be if there were recordings of them in the studio for all their albums. Tool if there are plase release one day!

I’ve seen them 4 times live in concert and can’t wait for the 5th one next month. These guys are truly perfectionist at their craft. We are truly lucky to be alive during our existence together

I love the dynamics of The Patient, it starts so calm and quiet and later it hits you like a train. One of the best songs by them. It's beautiful, it's haunting and it's heavy as f*ck. Pure metal perfection.
WOW!! This is the closest to a streaming concert as we will ever likely get. Sans Maynard The Patient gives me Pneuma feels/vibes.. This is so awesome!
It gives you those vibes because they take so long to write music that even tunes released in 2019 have been being worked since at least the 10k days sessions, and in the case of the main riff on “Tempest” since freaking UNDERTOW. They are my favorite band and always will be, but it’s hard to deny at this point that their songs are not a variation on a single riff.
I'm going to Europe to see them in Amsterdam and Berlin, (along with Karnivool in Cologne!). I can't be happier to see that they're going to play The Patient.
Seen them in Houston on 2/4 for the first time in my 29 years of listening to this masterpiece of a band. Arguably the best concert we’ve ever been to!!
I've seen them a few times but the one that stands out was seeing their first show after 9/11, in D.C. Maynard gave some similar speeches later in the tour but that night was special. Choose love. Take something good home tonight. I may be misremembering but think that was also the night they premiered the Parabola video.
