The pigma microns have a little notch in the plastic where it meets the metal of the nib. If you stick the point of a thumbtack in that notch and wiggle the nib comes right off. It is really easy to refill that way with no damage to the pen. I wonder if the uni pin has a way to access it on the nib end that is just as easy.
Thanks to another commenter I've discovered that it is much easier to get a pair of pliers and remove the plastic top which holds the metal nib in the Uni-pin. Very little damage. Don't follow the bad example in this video of attacking the end of the pen LOL.
Can I use the regular fountain pen ink? I use my fineliners for general writing and have at least two bottles of fountain pen ink (Pelikan 4001) just laying around. As much as i love my fountain pens, I prefer to carry around a fineliner. So, I was just wondering if I can use that ink instead?
The really great thing about these "disposable" pens is that they don't dry or clog nearly as easily as pens with a proper ink reservoir, like, say, a Pentel Standard Brush Pen, so they can use much stronger inks than "refillable" pens (many of which actually use DISPOSIBLE cartridges...).
Be careful. The disposable ink pen mafia might send a hitman to "dispose" of you.
Would never have guessed the Pentel Touch Sign pen to have such a rather smoothly removable end cap
I have removed that end cap many times before. But it is still many times easier than most.
Underrated.

Is the Faber Castell multimark pen refillable too?
is this an alcohol-based Ink?
The Sumi ink I used to refill them is water based. Water and lamp soot or something like that.
